There are like 3 different blueprints of it, one looks like a ferdinand, another one like a jagdtiger and the last one like a jagdpanzer, the first one having the "turret" in the back, the second one in the middle and the last one in the front with really angled frontal armor
KV-13 on 4.7 would be an absolute beast. T-34 mobility with IS-2 front hull and KV-1S magical turret. Also there could be IS prototypes added, similar to KV-13, one with KV-1S turret and other with KV-9 turret (KV-1 casted with 122mm U-11 howitzer)
Only a few are prototypes, the rest are massively produced vehicles. And even the prototypes were built (granted it was only 1 or 2) so technically it fits Gaijin's policy when it comes to adding vehicles to the game 😕.
What a stupid argument. Big shock that two games that cover the same technology during the same era have overlap in content. Stupid comment from an idiot commenter, many such cases!
Honestly limited production, protos, and maybe some feasible blueprints that had some incomplete protos done would be excellent to get. Mainly because thats kinda what even vehicles are supposed to be. Ace vehicles are nice but if they're not premiums they're needless bloat that should be avoided and instead be a skin, rather than a foldered vehicle like that one IS-2
In my opinion they should add the 44m TAS to the hungarian subtree as there is a massive gap in between the turan 3 and 2s3m. It would also benefit the italian tree finally giving them a heavy tank.
I have my own list, (Sherman bias warning) M4A1 Sherman with dead Sherman’s hull and turret armor welded on, king tiger levels of frontal armor Chilean Sherman with HVSS and 60mm auto loaded cannon shooting APFSDS, basically a better M51 Auto loaded M24 Chaffe prototype
what I would like to see is the expansion (or finish) of Hungarian TT for example Toldi I (20mm gun, would be 1.0), toldi III, toldi TD, Nimrod SPAA, 44M Tas, t-54a, MÁVAG Héja, RMI-8, WM-21, WM-16 etc.
They need to add the Jagdpanzer that still has the drivers port from the Panzer 4. That way, it’s not invincible and can tank KV-1, Sherman and T-34 shells
There is also a Pz III. variant (I think at least) which had a console to control some of the propelled mines Germany used over the war. Giving it the Goliath, as seen in the Sturmtiger event, would be interesting, if potentially unbalanced.
The Bergepanther would be cool sure, but the thing is, unlike its depiction in WoT, thr Bergepanther isnt a functioning vehicle, the hull was taken from an ARV Panther, and the turret was believed a dummy and likely is. The few photos of it show it only facing forward. And given it was a command vehicle, it wouldnt really need a working gun anyway.
We could get - M24-AMX13, an M24 chassis with an AMX 13 turret. -AMX 13-105 an artillery version of the AMX 13. -AMX 13 DCA 30, an AMX 13 with the twin 30mm DCA turret of the AMX 30 DCA Yes those variants exist
All I've been asking to get for years is the normal M4A3 Sherman. They could stick it at 4.0 with the M4A2 and would complete the lineage for the 75mm variants.
The Deep Weding Sherman would just obstruct the Players View plus it has 0 Functions In-Game. The Sherman with the Bulldozer could be a neat Addition to the Game.
I have the official factory report on the production of the Jagdtigers fitted with the 8.8cm, 4 were ready to be delivered by the end of April 1945 and 17 more were to come in May of the same year
Four vehicles were built, but they were never completed, they were waiting for optics to be fitted. Then the factory was overran and all vehicles were demolished to prevent capture. So yes they kinda existed, but were never properly finished.
along with the Sexton i’d love to see the M7 Priest in the game as well, has a 105mm howitzer and a .50 cal. the Bishop, Centaur and Churchill Mk.5/Mk.8 would be nice to see as well
In reality the Panther with Panzer IV turret was a command vehicle, the turret was simply slapped onto the hull and couldn't rotate. There's also an issue with the Jagdtiger, as it was never confirmed that vehicles with 8,8 cm cannon actually existed.
theres a report that 12 or 18 jagdtigers were fitted with the 88. the ONLY problem was that theres no photo evidence of it happening. which is pretty fucking weak seeing a lot of shit was being blown up at the time and a lot of german tanks that were damaged were just thrown to the side and sent to the scrap yard. like the e100
I know it's basically a modified/upgraded Vickers light tank but, I would love to see the 7TP. Mostly as my Polish heritage makes me just a tad biased, but wondering which tech tree it could appear in. I would even pay money for it as a premium. Another that I would love to see is the Belgian T-13 tank destroyer, seen a Chieftain video that featured it and the Belgian devil unit markings alone would make it a nifty tier 1 premium/event vehicle. They could just sell the decal but, it seems a unique enough vehicle that I'd love to see it. Glad I found your channel, peace and kind regards from Michigan! ✌🏻👹🤘🏻
I'm not a big fan of prototypes being added in WT, I quit playing WoT years ago for this exact reason, too many bs tanks just to keep the player grinding something. War Thunder was supposed to be realistic, and for a long time it actually was, I think it's already troublesome enough that Cold War era tanks are regularly facing WW2 tanks so let's not add weird OP prototypes to the equation
Yeah I understand your point and I agree, though I still believe that the vehicles showcased here remain somewhat "decent" compared to like a double barrel IS-2 or something similar which can be found in WoT 😆.
The Soviet T-100 is one of my choices. They already have the SMK which is kind of the same thing, but go for broke and add it in. I would also like to see the Soviet T-35 mod. 1938 where they had conical turrets and supposedly 70mm plates on the frontal armor. I say supposedly because I cannot find any references to 70mm plates anywhere aside from Wikipedia and we know how reliable that site can be.
Very good ideas, with the howitzers its 100%, having paladin at every nation is kinda embarassing, and it also goes against ww2 vehicles which is not so bad but it just feels off.
2 Sherman's not needed at all imo. The panther maybe a premium or event vehicle but I have a feeling that turret and hull combo will be horrible to balance even in limited event numbers. The rest would be fine. So many good ww2 stuff still missing. Brits could double their tree if gaijin remember they exist outside of top tier.
All of these vehicles are really really goofy... and I LOVE it, idk if they would be nice additions as tech tree vehicles but they would be really funny event vehicles. Thats just my opinión 😅
Wespe, Hummel, KV-13, SU-101, Pz. 5/4, 8.8 Pak 43 Jagdtiger, Sexton (1 and 2) and M12 GMC are all in WOT. If you want to play them, come play wot. I just have to point out, the 8.8mm Jagdtiger, Sexton 1 and Pz. 5/4 are all premium vehicles, plus Pz. 5/4 and Sexton 1 are very rare and no one knows when they will be available for purchase. Jagdtiger appears much more often compared to the two previously mentioned. Even so, it is not always available.
Played WoT a long time ago but there was an update on console (I don't remember which one) which changed all the UI and everything making it look pretty... ugly compared to what it was before. Looking back at it, I think I also much prefer WT when it comes to unique game mechanics 🤔.
I really want the older German tanks back like the panther 2 and king tiger 105 but I want the historically accurate versions for the panther 2 just swap out the old turret with the f turret and with the kt 105 make it e75 and fix the inaccuracies I also want the flack panther back
Considering how many of the people in the comments are commenting about tanks that weren't completely built, I have my own proposal- the Italian P.43. The P.43 has 80-100mm frontal angled armor, so it's frontal hull armor would be similar to that of the Panther. It was supposed to be fitted with the P.40's 75mm cannon, but later proposals for a 105mm (same one as the Semovente 105/25) and even a 90mm were considered. Honestly, it would be great if Gaijin added the P.43 to Italy's 5.7 line up, as I feel like Italy 5.7 is a bunch of deadspace.
Makes sense, in all of this they should really add more ww2 aircraft ad interwar and postwar aircraft... At least two mosquitoes, the Meteor F1, the vampire F3, high altitude spitfires. And later on like the alpha jet The Hawk deserves a place, as well as the Gnat. I know it's all British aircraft, but: 1. They are interesting additions that could help gameplay between BR 4.7 and 6.7 in realistic battles (excluding the last two jets I mentioned, which would be placed at roughly 8.0) 2. A little more variety, UK tree struggles at the top tier, but if we get more variety at lower tiers, at least the UK tree is worth the time to research 😂 3. Gaijin is running out of modern stuff and having these side quests would help them in the long run. 4. I believe they would make for a good set of meme aircraft.
If they would just lay off the restrictions against “paper tanks”, then certain tech trees could be improved massively in terms of content and cohesiveness. For example, just imagine a Japanese super heavy line, cool af and a much needed edition to japans half empty tree. They really need to consider more WW2/Korean war vehicles each update, after all it is the most fun stage in the game.
@@volkenvolk3135 I personally think the major reasons for WoT being dead is the bullshit meta of hulldown premium/reward tanks, paired with a shitty economy and it being a borderline gacha game. The only thing keeping the game afloat is the loyalty of the established players. Paper tanks have been in WoT from the start and were never a problem. It was only once they started giving them gimmicks like rocket boosters and corkscrew cannon barrel rifling that I can agree that they took the paper tanks too far.
There are enough built japanese heavy tanks. The Type 91 (proved by photos), AI 96/late (proved by one photo), the Mitsu 104 (not 100% sure) and the O I (proved by documents)
@@decustos4624 all welcome additions to from a line that begins with these pre war heavies and ends with the many different variations of the O I, but gaijin suck especially when it comes to japan so it wont happen unfortunately.
@@euanisles9122 , there is hope. The O I was wanted by the community since 2016. In the forum, the O I was suggested again in January 2024. And for the first time, it was passed for consideration. Maybe we will get a heavy line soon.
The only one I disagree with is the bergepanzer mit pz4 turm - the turret couldn’t rotate and was a dummy so the tank wouldn’t be targeted as a command tank
@@Scourge762 Yes, the caliber of the guns is different, but what I'm trying to show is that in-game the hummel would be worse than the nashorn, thus sit at a lower br, thus it cannot replace the M109 like BibiTacquet proposed. Also the Wespe with the same gun as the StuH 42G, would have to be br 2.0, definitely not replacing anything.
@@jonaslavicka2411 why would anything need to be replaced in the first place? but adding the Hummel would be kind of useless. It's essentially just another 15cm sIG with a higher velocity howitzer. So really should only be at 2.0-3.0
@@Scourge762Thats a point made in the video: why did gaijin add the M109G, when Hummel and Wespe can replace it? I am not arguing against them being in game, I eant them in the game. I am arguing against the authors notion, that they could replace the M109. Thats all.
A very good vehicle that i think they should add is the t95 and the t95-120mm, its a cold war American mbt meant to be a stop gap between the m48 and the Abrams, obviously irl they used the m60 but the t95 actually had a stabaliser, it had a laser rangefinder, a very good gun, and had ceramic armor, long before the m60. I think it would be an amazing 9.0 vehicle with the 120mm virsion being at 8.3 as it uses the m103 cannon and i dont believe it is stabalised. The american 9.0 lineup is pretty lacking imo, especially if you like to brawl, the t95 would be a great vehicle to add to that linup
@@dbeerewout I'm not talking about the doom turtle, I'm talking about a cold war us mbt, in war thunder they have the t95e1 which doesn't have the stabalizer, the base t95 does and retains the same gun, there is also a virsion with the m103s 120mm cannon, then they also put m48 turrets on the same hull as well
Ferdi taking an unnecessary stray. I don't hate the idea of JgTiger88 but if they add it, Ferdi and Elli gotta either go back to 6.3 or it and normal JgTiger have to go back to 7.0. Honestly, I still hate how they've nerfed Ferdi years ago. Reload nerf, sight nerf, and being moved up to the worst pre-modern Br was just rough. Especially since Porsche's tanks are the only german ground machines I like
I want Chi-ho, Ke-ho, and Ho-ru. Cool Japanese tanks for low br. I really don’t like how Gaijin focuses on high tier vehicles which I find very unfun to play
the Bergepanther literally had the Panzer IV turret welded in place with a dummy gun to replace the gun, it would be useless in war thunder with no turret traverse and no armament at all
I hate it how lately gaijin adds more and more top tier vehicles (especially aircraft, im not a fan of those, I transfered from world of tanks to war thunder because of tanks and not aircraft) and they add little amount of ww2 vehicles. They should in every major update add few top tier and few low tier tanks.
The Bergepanther with a Pz IV turret was as the name suggests a recovery vehicle with a Pz IV turret. unfortunatly the turret was non functional and just a decoy
1. The Sherman with da tubes it should NOT be a seperated vehicle, but just a modification for the M4 tanks 2. the m4 with the buldoze thing, it should also be just a modification, bc now there are a lot of Sherman tonks in Fart Thunder, so it will make no sense adding more useless duplucated vehicles
@@BibiTacquet am just wondering why gaijin is so lazy to add simple things to the game, and then they leave that problems to community to fix it or we begging it for added
