This is not first footage from 70' and 80' when you see people in masses with intellectual disabled illness. They were so stupid, so backward that it is hard to believe. Those videos are like reports from closed mental hospital.
I love the Group B cars, but personally, I feel the 2.0L era was the best for the sport, as it had the most number of auto manufacturers. Subaru, Mitsubishi, Ford, Toyota, Peugeot, Skoda, Hyundai, Citroen, hope I'm not forgetting any.

Lots of great clips The usual stuff from the german vineyards is always funny but the top two I wanted were Tanak sinking his Ford and Pannizi doing donuts on stage for the fans.
@@peterszilagyi8629 Mostly sure it was Panizzi. I remember watching the rally cover on TV back in the day. Panizzi was a tarmac master and on this rally he has such a big lead that he had time to cheer the fans!

@@Cjbarker2 there is a video on vhs rallies channel where they opened the rear compartment for the engine and you could see a few finger tips hahah. Think it was a Peugeot 205 t16.

I've never just sat and watched some of the WRC and wow, the insanity. The fans are crazy. The competitors are amazing. The level of skill bordering on insanity os qhite the spactacle. Isle of man on 4 wheels.
For rally fans, we'll take a look at how Andrew Cowan not only took out this years drivers championship, but also took out a dozen spectators as well on one of the treacherous corners. Spectacular action!
9:37 that 360 that Gilles Panizzi did (I think it was in Spain, but I might be wrong), I still remember it from watching Rallying/WRC VHS tapes on my parents' CRT TV back as a kid, probably 15-20 years ago... Out of all those tapes, that memory is still etched in my brain.

Thanks for grouping spectacular moments from Rally racing. It might be hard to present every legends cars in nearly 50 years but I would expect the famous winners like Alpine A110 (1973) or Fiat 131 Abarth to be part of the show. Maybe another video to see more ?

What an amazing video this is for me the best motorsport without a doubt. My favourite clips: 1. The Audi Quattro sliding through the corners on a hilly stage 2. The Audi Quattro with the left hander when after the man puts his hands in his hair 3. The snail following the car through the corner And an honourable mention the greatest jump in the history of rally with the mentos Mitsubishi flying to absolute space
Excellent video! Markko Martin had a couple other big (jumps and drifts) moments that could make this a 105 best clips 😉 But this is a fantastic collection and brought back many memories 👌🏻👍🏻😊
I glanced up from the comments to see the clip of the Hyundai (?) that ended up in the spectator parking. Even the first time I saw that clip, I was impressed. It’s that, “I am going to finish” attitude that made me fall in love with rally. You just don’t have the same freedom to choose to continue with damages in any other sport.
