Thanks for the helpful video! Can anyone tell me which hook accessory to use for holding hedge clippers and how best to store them (rightside up straddling one Fasttrack hook, upside down between two prongs, etc)? I have a few different styles of hooks but none of them really seem to hold the clippers securely.

Just started with an 84" Track. I did not use the anchors but did get 8 wall screws into 4 studs. I felt like for the weight I have on it, that was plenty. your thoughts? I have 2 32" Rails now also going to mount. Amazing how much you can get on a rail and how much it cleans it up!

It sounds like it, especially if you only plan on hanging up things that aren't super heavy. For my install I made sure to install extra anchors at the ends where I couldn't attach to studs just in case.

I just purchased the 32” . I must be measuring wrong or something. The total length of the rail 32”, however when I line the first hole with the first center stud the end of the rail doesn’t line up to the last stud center. Distance between studs is 16” . So I measured the first hole to the last hole and it’s 31”. Any suggestions?

I think the rails come in 36", 48" and 84". If it's the 36", you should be hitting two studs and the end will be over by about 4". Also studs "should" be 16" apart but sometimes they warp so it could vary a little. Hope this helps!

Horizontal Bike Rack isnt sold anymore. Seems half their accessories are discontinued.

These Fasttack accessories don't work with the Fasttack wall. Kinda BS that they have the same name enenthough it's not compatible

Yeah, I agree it's confusing. You can use all the rail accessories with an adapter that they make for the wall. www.homedepot.com/p/Rubbermaid-FastTrack-Garage-Hook-Adaptor-2099468/311277061

I am looking into the slat wall and this answered the question that came to mind while researching. You'd basically have to add $5 to each hook for the adaptor. Even with a 5 pack of slat wall boards for $30, I feel like I should look for another brand. It almost makes it a wash in price.
