Coach Chris Wilson goes over some of his favorite BIG TIRE exercises, 13 exercises in all. Each of these exercises are great performed individually or several of them performed in a circuit for more conditioning. Many of these exercises are TOTAL body or FULL body exercises involving several muscles from top to bottom.
Another thing when it comes to training with a large tractor tire, be sure to be using a tire that makes sense for you... appropriate weight and be safe! If you're new to big tire exercises, be smart and stick with exercises that are safe for your level. As you improve and get stronger, you can push yourself harder and do more advanced exercises.

1. Incline Push Ups
2. Decline Push Ups
3. High Step Ups
4. Split Squats
5. Plyometric Push Ups
6. Partner Pushes
7. Box Jumps
8. Jump In & Out Burpees
9. Sledgehammer Slams
10. Big Boy Flips
11. Hand Plank Walk Ups
12. Dips
13. Sit Ups

Hi. I walked with my arms only for about 30 feet a few days ago with someone holding my feet up. Since then I have been getting abdominal pain below the belly button on the sides when I twist, lay down or get up from a chair. It didn’t go away until now but it doesn’t effect me when I’m walking or running. Should I go to a doctor?

It can happen with the flips IF you’re not familiar with explosive heavy lifts. Gotta know your limitations for sure!!
