Coach Chris Wilson goes over some of his favorite BIG TIRE exercises, 13 exercises in all. Each of these exercises are great performed individually or several of them performed in a circuit for more conditioning. Many of these exercises are TOTAL body or FULL body exercises involving several muscles from top to bottom.
Another thing when it comes to training with a large tractor tire, be sure to be using a tire that makes sense for you... appropriate weight and be safe! If you're new to big tire exercises, be smart and stick with exercises that are safe for your level. As you improve and get stronger, you can push yourself harder and do more advanced exercises.
