This is a long shot but does any know of this anime where the MC kills the Finale boss but loses his whole party? He is on the break of death but finds a red Gem Or stone I think. He touches the stone and returns to the beginning now he tries to save his entire team. Also, he has memories of his past, and his sword can talk and transform into a fairy girl I think. I forgot the name can anyone help me out. Also, it is not A Returner's Magic should be special.

Yasuaki was "NEVER" a samurai, just a retainer for the lord he served. The discredited professor Thomas Lockley has tried to distances from the game and anything Yasuaki because he himself has used questionable sources for his book. To say the character was samurai is a disservice to the Japanese culture when the country itself does not even consider Yasuaki as a samurai.
