I stay in UAE , I use Nishane Hacivat mostly during the summer where its 45-50 degrees. I own around 60+ fragrances, this is the only perfume that gets a lot a lot of compliments. Mens have had orgasms asking what I wear ( I don't disclose it ) Women leaning In to smell what I wear, Ive had good conversations just wearing this fragrance. The top notes and dry down is magical and its stays on you for 10 hours, on skin I get it a musky cedar the next day. Ive used almost 12 100 ml bottles . This is worth it , magical and amazing during summers. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
Great list but I'm surprised 4711 ICE isn't included on this list. As a fellow San Franciscan living in Manila, 4711 Ice is my go-to during sweltering, humid Filipino summers. It's super affordable too so I don't hesitate to reapply generously throughout the day. Living in the tropics, I gravitate towards any fragrance that includes mints, eucalyptus and menthol.
Wow, this is the first list where I own almost all of the fragrances! Just grabbed a bunch of Jusbox after watching your video on the house. I do love Feel N' Chill, but I don't get the watermelon smell either. Thank you for this and all of your summer listings lately! Have a Great Day!
My favorite icy/cool scent to wear right now is Cristalle EDT by Chanel...I live in the desert and it is 110 at 6pm as I'm writing this. Cristalle makes me think of snowflakes and frozen ponds. I really need to try Salado and Eau Givree. Thanks Perfume Guy!
I been in 117 in nevada, and 115 in death valley, and nothing compares even close to 105 in rome with 100% humidity. People were literally fainting on the streets. And no AC.
I live in Europe and it’s really hot right now. I enjoy wearing Amouage scents during this heat. 😁 Memoir, Lyric, Gold are my favourites. By the way, “salado” means salty in Spanish. ☺️
38°c in Dubai today, 75% humidity.🥵🥵🥵 This video is very timely 👌🏾. Although am being rebellious today and wearing Tom Ford Ombre Leather parfum in mostly air-conditioning so it's all good.
I think my best cooling fragrance is Rose Ikebana- it is so good! It’s a bit too fleeting but not horrible if you overspray. And I do have Mon Vétiver- love it also!
There are definitely some scents that provide a cool wearing experience for me. I enjoy Royal Mayfair, Geranium Odorata, L'Air des Alpes Suisses, and Jack Black All Over Body Spray.
I don't know if they are quite "cooling", but they are for sure aromatic-woody and work great when it's hot outside: Unnamed by Byredo, Ichnusa by Profumum Roma, Ocean of a midnight moon by Simone Andreoli and Skins x Vilhelm by Vilhelm ( this one is more a green leather, but quite interesting ). I need to check out again Gentle fluidity silver and Ege because I wasn't so blown away by them, but who knows?! Also I am curious about the one from Mizensir. Thank you for the video!
I just bought Mizensir Blue Gin at the flagship store here in SOHO NY, it's definitely a cooling fragrance for the hot summer days & nights. Great review Sebastian.
- Sebastian, Can you do a rank list : [Fragrances That Worth Backups ?] - 15:30 (Hacivat) definitely worth backup. - I believe (Bleu de Chanel) deserves to be on this list, it gave me the vibe of opening a refrigerator when I move from hot place to an air-conditioned place 🤗
Salado has been one of my favorite summer fragrances since I saw your review and bought a bottle, the dry down is amazing, there's a new one from Carner Barcelona Sal y Limón and I really want to try it. Need to try Gentle Fluidity Silver, Gin & Tonic, Blu Gin and Feel'n Chill. One that is also good is Art de Parfum Le Joker, similar to Oud Minerale but more complex. Thanks for the list Sebastian!!!
My summer heat fragrance is Pomelo Riviera by Atelier des Ors - this refreshing yet feminine scent which features grapefruit, jasmine, rose etc. helps me stay alive and kicking even when it's over 30 degrees Celsius.. :)
When it’s super hot 🥵 my new go to fragrance is Miller et Bertaux’s New Study / postcard. In the opening it’s just a burst of citruses in your face that is very refreshing.. then it changes into more creamy skin scent (has fig and coconut). Overall this whole fragrance experience reminds me of my holidays in Greece 🇬🇷💙
I don't have money for these gems but I refresh myself with Verveine Cedrat from Jeanne en Provence, very very zesty acid lemon and sooooo cheap 😊 and I almost forgot Energy Vibe from Zara very cool herbal fresh edt
I use: *Elizabeth Arden Green Tea & Green Tea Bamboo *Alien Mirage *Curve Chill *Xinú Agua Madera *Replica Under The Lemon Trees *Kilian Paris Roses On Ice
Maybe you had a glass of Aperol Spritz in Milan recently, because Le Vie di Milano - Alba sui Navigli by Trussardi smells like Aperol Spritz straight from the fridge. So refreshing :)
I would also add: Dreamer by Versace, Essencia by Loewe, Fahrenheit 32 by Dior...now discontinued, and Tsar by Van Cleef & Arpels....also discontinued.
wowwwwwwwwwww right on time.. nyc city yesterday was a bowl of soup.. that Blue Gin is wonderful sebs 👏🏽👏🏽🎯🎯💯💯sotd mfk Gentle fluidity silver ❄but I need a back up soon
I really like Azzaro Chrome Extreme Eau De Parfum. I don't know if you find it cooling but I think that it does with the extreme citrus almost metallic note in the opening.
Such an amazing selection, I am always very impressed by your perfume sensibility ! What about Tom Ford's Soleil Neige ? Maybe I got influenced by their marketing ads but it seemed very "icy" as it's called litterally Sunny Snow ! 🥰
Small note please try this one, Malibu party in the bay Simone Andreoli, for the coll weather perfect. if you know Creed virgin island this is similar to that one, but much better in all angles. Tried you will not be disappointed if you like parfums with the vibe of Creed Virgin Island, thus is your perfect choice, and its no price as Creed.
If its nor Eucalyptus or Mi t in Icy Citrus it could be wS23 that get used in Shaving Foams to cool down the skin 😉 Its an invention fron Wilkinson. Lacost Boost could be mentioned as well
Soleil Neige by TF and Aqua Celestia Forte by MFK are two icy fragrances we like. The MFK one is like a refreshing, cool, sparkling mojito. I def want to try the Blue Gin and Gentle Fluidity Silver (have the Gold).
I actually have Ginepro di Sardegna by Acqua di Parma, it’s a fantastic scent, definitely a juniper bomb and worth finding (I think it may have been discontinued)
Bentley Silverlake draws a lot of comparisons to two fragrances of the ADG line Like Profumo and the discontinued Essenza. However on my skin this fragrance smells almost identical to ADG Profondo. There's some subtle nuances at the opening, where the strong oceanic vibe of profondo takes center stage whereas silverlake opens with a more minty vibe but at the drydown they smell quite indistinguishable.
@@johngregorio9183 yeah i've ordered 3 samples of ganymede by now because i adore it so so much and i should really just get a full bottle. The woody green aspect of hacivat also really speaks to me
@@ThePerfumeGuy will do, appreciate it! I sampled ganymede a bunch of times already and absolutely love it. Ordered the hacivat sample a week or two ago after one of your videos!
@@johngregorio9183 thanks for sharing! I smelled the other MAB perfume once but it smelled a lot more classic and old school and I didnt like it on me that much :)
Is PDM's "Percival" considered a Mahogany and Teakwood style fragrance? I own and love Abercrombie & Fitch's "Fierce Intense" and I think that it's considered a Mahogany & Teakwood style fragrance. I've heard that "Percival" might be somewhat similar to "Fierce Intense" so that's why I'm wondering.
Do you think that orange blossom/ petitgrain / Neroli notes can be cold/icy? I ask because I got the Sylvaine Delacourte orange flower sampler this spring and one of the fragrances, Oranzo, is described by the house as “icy”. Top notes: Bitter Orange, Petitgrain, Tarragon. Heart notes: Orange Blossom. Base notes: Musk, Dark Green Notes. I’ve been enjoying Elizabeth and James Nirvana French Grey in the hot weather and that one has notes of Neroli, lavender and white musk. I think of it as cooling. Another note I sometimes think of as cold or icy is aldehydes. There are a couple of aldehydic fragrances (like YSL Rive Gauche and Jul et Mad Stairway to Heaven) that aren’t generally thought of us traditionally warm weather fragrances that I consider icy or cold/cooling. 🤷♀️
Great list but you left out an amazing cooling summer banger, Xerjoff Torino21! Creed Original Vetiver is another cooling summer banger I also enjoy in the high heat 🤷♂️🙂
I'm really curious about house Mizensir, can you do a house review and best of? Eau de gigembre should be quite refreshing also. Note de Yuzu also quite a cool Zesty breeze of a fragrance, Great video , sadly I have never sampled most of these =\
hi.. is there a cheap alternative, or shoud i say a clone, of mfk gentle fluidity silver? too bad i cant use mine on a daily basis since its too pricey for me. i want it to be my signature scent but like ive said, too pricey, i cant afford to buy them everytime i ran out of it.. thanks so much! 😀
@@ThePerfumeGuy I live in Cyprus, 100+ degrees and humidity 90%+ you feel the warm and sticky air that makes you gag and that fragrance is so fresh and amazing for this kind of weather. Going to try gentle fluidity silver based on your video
