This is exactly why everybody keeps moving to Lakeland 🤦🏻♂️ please stop bringing people in. THERE IS LOTS OF CRIME! LOW INVENTORY ON HOUSES BEING SOLED. A lot of houses are really expensive right now 🤷🏻♂️ just stay away. Also, TRAFFIC HERE KEEPS GETTING WORST AND WORST.
I know, I lived there for 17 years and moved from there in April 2022 , The only thing a realtor see's is Lakeland is a hot market and a 6% commission.
the best thing I did was move from this city nothing to do , I live in Hallandale Beach Fl which is close to Miami and Hollywood Beach Fl the night life is great it's a lot of jobs that's available and paying good.

Lakeland kind of reminds me of Pre Disney Orlando when I first visited as a child back in 1970,there were orange groves as far as the eye can see back then.
