You often mention fragrances that are 'dry' and I always take notes as this is one of my most favourite types of scent, would you consider a whole video for 'dry' smelling scents? :)
Tobacco is one of my favourite note and Tobacco Oud is my favourite fragrance among all, not only tobacco fragrances. Unfortunately is discontinued and can't find another bottle. I have also fumerie turque, same version as yours and to me is very realistic tobacco fragrance. I had journey, very underrated and fantastic fragrance. Tobacco Vanille is my Christmas fragrance as well as Tobacco by Frank Bocklet. I suggest you to try Tobacco Mandarine. Ciao amico mio!
I’m starting to appreciate tobacco more these days and trying to find more recommendations. This video just came right in time 😊. The fragrances which introduced me to the love of tobacco are Ormonde Jayne Montabaco Intensivo and Amouage Portrait women. Now I have a lot more from your list to explore ❤.

Joao, I loved this video and didn’t realize that I had as many tobacco fragrances as I do. Although I never smoked a cigarette, I always liked the smell of a pipe, and enjoy the note of tobacco in fragrance. Thank you for the enjoyable and Informative video.
Its funny I literally just received T Habanero and I love it !!! Very different and mature tobacco fragrance. Not your usual sweetenned mainstream tobacco. I also own many other tobacco scents, its one of my favorite notes !!
Un Air d’apogee is way more refined than Naxos in my opinion, however the performance is below average. For the price and performance I’d go with Naxos especially if you get it from Discounters.
Hi, tobacco is also my favourite perfume note. Great line-up. Check also Montabaco Intensivo by OJ, Aaron Terence Hughes - Tabac, Jazz club by Maison Margiela. I also love Side effect and Enigma which list Tobacco, but they are more on the boozy genre 😊
I would love to hear your review of the Ibraheem Al Qurashi Tobacco fragrances. They are a great middle eastern niche house. I have their Jamaican Tobacco (gorgeous, smooth, comforting Tobacco, amber, oud, jasmine) and Cuban Tobacco (Tobacco, coconut, honey), the latter is a real art fragrance, reminds me of being in the Caribbean and smelling the humid breeze blowing through the palms.
Royal Tobacco is probably my favourite cold weather tobacco fragrance right now, but I'm on the verge of getting Vanille Havane so who knows how would I feel after that. But for a whole year round tobacco scent nothing comes close to Ormonde Jayne Montabaco imo. The best fresh aromatic tobacco that I've tried until this day.

Zara tobacco warm addictive is better than tobacco honey!!! The only issue with Zara you need 20 sprays to get 6-7 hours performance. But smell wise I truly believe it’s better. Also tabac rouge is another banger that has honey with tobacco and it’s more balanced!!! But again it’s light and you definitely need +10 sprays.
Didn’t care for any of the others you mentioned but ironically your number one is also my number one! Vanille Havane is actually one of my all time favorite scents, gorgeous. Side note, Tobacco honey oddly is not a tobacco fragrance at all to me, it’s pure honey through and through. Great if you enjoy honey though.

I am wearing Un Air D'Apogee today as my SOTD. Great scent! on the milder end I'd recommend Tobacco Toscano from Santa Maria Novella and Field Notes from Paris by INeKE. both are mild and beautiful blends and have fantastic tobacco notes, very enjoyable. On the stronger side, the Miami city exclusive from LeLabo Tabac 28 and finally Chergui, the wonderful tobacco/amber from Lutens. Proper respect to the gateway tobacco frags, Spicebomb extreme, Gucci pour honme and .Jazz Club. Great list. I think I agree with Vanille Havane topping this group!
And with Vanille Havane I really doesn't have good performances... that underwhelming that I tried to contact the brand because it doesnt last long and really doesnt project. Skin scent. I don't know if my bottle or batch as a problem... but really really underwhelming 😔
How do you judge projection? How do you KNOW just how far out your fragrance pushes? Aren’t you reliant on someone telling you that they smell you from wayyyyy over there? Or do you spray it in the air and walk away a few feet and see if the fragrance makes it over to you ?
@@persephonesdad5792 no I know it's not easy 🤣. but for me I juge it when I first got a fragrance I spray it on my arm and I wait I don't put my arm under my nose. A'd I can juge if it's strong in projection sometimes yes just spray it pop off my skin very strongly and sometimes even after 1 min I smell nothing in air I need to put my nose closer to my arm so I see it's not projecting strongly. I think you know what I mean
I didn't not talk about Tobacco Reserve because it's discontinued and hard to find, but I have a full bottle and I consider it to be one of the best tobacco fragrances. It would definitely make the list if it would be still available

To me, the best tobacco fragrance is 1 million Prive. I think many people neglect this fragrance because its a 1 million and niche snobs like to petrionize over the 1 million line. But Prive is a great fragrance, Especially in a value for your money. Of course today its discontinued, which may be the reason its not on the list like muggler pure havana, and this is also the reason why Prive is very expensive on the internet today. But its original price was very good for what you get.
Amouage Journey Man is overly spicy, peppery. Tobacco is barely noticeable. This is not a tobacco forward fragrance. Tobacco is not a main note. I wore it 6 times and gifted it. I prefer the sweet pipe tobacco of Amouage Boundless. Don't misunderstand, my favourite Amouage is Overture, a very powerful offering that lingers weeks on clothes. The point I want to make is, don't blind buy Journey, just because reviewers categorize it as a tobacco fragrance.
Vanille havane super expensive fragrance, and whole brand is overhyped and overrated. I cant see this list without dior tobacolor, which is a king of sweet fragrances. Would definetly include it over herod which is the worst PDM offering. Longevity and projection is dreadful. You can get divine vanille from essential parfums which is almost the same fragrance made by same perfumer for 50% of herod. Also bad performer unfortunately
@@ScentedMoments ok point taken but I don’t hear you critique any fragrance in general and your personal take on how addition or deletion of a certain note or ingredient would make it smell better since you claim to have an expert nose. That’s the true mark of a fragrance influencer IMO. Anyone can say so nice , so good , excellent 😃 . Regardless, most of the frag featured are worth mentioning.
