Also it wasn’t just the 90’s I went to school in Chicago during the early 2000 and I would still hear of the homey legend, I will say though it seemed like after 2005 the legend died down completely. I haven’t heard of it In soo long. The next time I think I heard of a clown situation wasn’t until the 20 teens 2015-18, with the whole killer clown phase.
