You can also rappel into the Colorado river and skip the down climb scramble on the Hopi Salt trail. Then just hike out… highly recommend saving yours knees and doing it this way. We were the ONLY people there when we did it. So stunning!

Crazy that you'd pick Watson Lake. I grew up across the street. I probably covered every inch of that place as a kid. It was my personal playground for over a decade. Thanks for sharing.

Great video about hidden gems. I live in Oregon and was surprised to see that you listed Samuel Boardman State Park on the southwest Oregon coast. Actually, any of the Oregon coastal state parks offer similar dramatic views.

@kevin how you got drone shot in national park . Is there any restrictions or do you have any permit / license for drone shot . Please tell us in details . Much appreciated

So there actually aren't any drone shots of national parks in this video. Only camera footage, GoPro, Insta360, or time-lapses. But for state parks, permits are easy to get !
