I've been 1h watching Lebanese Dabke, non stop. It's incredibly entertaining. Such talent, coordination and golden knees. The rhythm, the drums... Just hypnotic. Love that! Hugs to Lebanon from Spain!

Did you know Tacos Al Pastor is something that Lebanese immigrants brought to Mexico in the 1940s. Well the idea of it. We then added our own Mexican style to it to what it is now.

@@lorenasanchez3618 a syrian friends grandfather says that back in the ancient levant they used to use mud for the house bricks and roofs of their villages so the whole family and neighboors reunited to step on the land to make the mud and such and it just became a dance

It is a tradition folklore dance which is especially done in weddings and celebrations in some arab countries especially sham "Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria" Each country has its own touch but all are the same concept.
