Rachel has always been a fashion icon but damn the yellow dress will always be a top favourite of mine, the color, the gorgeous embroidery, so stunning.
Surprised her wedding dress from the first episode isn’t mentioned, lol! But my personal favorite is the mint green dress. It was simple but absolutely stunning on her!

Rachel was my favourite character in Friends, I loved everything that she wore! My personal favourite of hers was the little blue dress with the black jacket in The One Where No One’s Ready - that’s the one that she was wearing when Ross was shouting at her to hurry up and pick something before she changed into that famous green dress.

Rachel, Monica and Pheebs could all have great outfits today. All beautiful in their own ways. Still love this show today and even though I'm married would not stop looking at any of these outfits!
people like to shrug season one off, as it’s friends early development, But it represents the warm 90s feel so much that it’s always been my favorite, and the fashion is a key player in this.
Oh pretty much everything she wore is wearable today except those shorts skirt with pullover in S1. I have always been in love with her off shoulder black and white dress which she wears in "Ross and Monica's cousin" episode. Also the long black skirt in S3 that she was wearing in "the one with the break" episode in S3. It was much ahead of its time.
Well she mostly wears classic black and white clothes in later seasons. You can’t do anything wrong with classic cuts and or colors PLUS: Jennifer got an awesome figure…
Jennifer Aniston has such an amazing body she will still look great in a garbage bag... 😍❤ My favorite is anything with the short skirts and the overalls, but the grey dress she wore when they watched that video (when she came on to Ross) is also great... Aaargh she looks great in everything...
I always felt like Jennifer was given the most flattering clothes for her colouring and shape so that her character stood out more than the other women on the show. The other two actresses are just as beautiful as her but their clothes weren't as flattering, especially Monica's clothes which are often in drab colours that don't suit her skin tone.

Love this segment but #1 & 2 are backwards. That green dress was so beautifully iconic that I still wish one day I can look like that. Will never happen, but I can wish.
For the most part I’d say the show took a pretty classic approach to fashion. There are a few looks that date the show as very 90’s, mainly Chandler wearing humongous clothes, and through most of season 1 Rachel was very 90’s but then throughout the series I’d say a majority of the outfits would still be considered fashionable

The Princess Leia gold bikini is just about every man’s fantasy. That outfit rocked the Star Wars universe and many models have worn it to fashion shows. If my Girlfriend dressed up in that bikini, I’d be in the mood! 😎
Her only other outfit that pops to mind is her cheerleading outfit that she wore to impress a date. Actually, it was cringe-worthy when she wore it. lol
Unpopular opinion. Rachel looked the best and stood out so much during season 1 (even pre-haircut) and beginning of season 2. Once she grew out her Rachel haircut and definitely after dying her hair, she blended in the background. See, told you, unpopular opinion
