Showing you what each Mod does & How to Install and Use them. Packed full of Q.O.L. Mods and others I would describe as some of my top most favourite of them all in accordance with my 'Vanilla' Gameplay. I reckon most of these Mods are LESS LIKELY to break with each Space Engineers 'Game' Update, plus most (if not 'all') are not "to performance inducing" on your Devices, if not some are to help with performance of your game/PC/Console. :)

Took me a long time to Edit and Share this so please leave a like and Sub as i'm pretty sure this Vid is one of my most edited videos I have and most difficult to choose (I know I missed many and the Ore collector mod was broken at the time of making this)
I Currently have 1250+ Hours of in-game Space Engineers play, weather if I'm building and testing my designs or actually playing a survival game, in saying that I play/record when I can, around work (Chef) and my 2 y/o Son. :)
Please comment any thoughts or opinions on how or what, you, do or don't like about my Survival or My Channel as I'll be sure to reply and apply them in future videos (I make these Vid's for YOU, my viewers)

Fun fact: You can run a number of these mods as plugins so you can use them without adding them to your mod list and on servers that don't include them. Build Vision, Build Info, Colorful Icons, Sneaky Sounds, Hud Compass, and for HUD I use Modern and Fancy. I also strongly recommend Welder Eyestrain Reduction.

@@ShArPy1o1Games It's one of those ones you don't realise you need until you use it. Unfortunately you still get flash burn from people/robots/nanobots welding around you, but it eliminates the flashing of your own welder from your perspective. I also forgot to mention, Block Picker, I kinda forgot it's not vanilla. Let's you press CTRL+G to pick the block you're looking at along with it's paint and rotation. It's basically Minecraft's middle click for SE and an absolute life saver. Edit: Easy Block Renaming can be run as a plugin as well, and I forget the name of it, but there's one that lets you save toolbar configs that's quite handy. Plus there's Scrollable Tools, so you only need to take up one hotbar slot with your welder/grinder/drill. And I make ample use of Flight Vectors. I'm a little plugin happy.

I wouldn't be caught dead starting a new world without most of these mods. Although I haven't touched the game for years the latest update has perked my interest.

Edge be gone is under-rated! Adds instant polish to the game look... I like the sound of the air-leak detector! I like the Harpoon mod, and NPC Dummies for background flavor The Zardoz dock-able doors mod seems cool so far, I've been testing it a bit lately

I find AQD - Planetary Respawn Rovers to a be a good addition. Mostly as it never really made much sense to me that the lander wouldn't be a rover for scouting things out at first. I also tend to avoid the water mod due to some bugs I ran in to it.. though I wouldn't mind turning the water in to oxgygen and hydrogen at some point.

I use alot of the mods you have on your list as well. Only ones ive not used is the extra range sensor and the ore detector mod. I use a different ore detector mod. I personally NEVER play without Build Vision, Build Info, Build Hints, Smarter Suit, HUD Modern and Fancy, and Rendering Improved. Ive also started using a couple mods called Better Vanilla Lights and Better Hand Weapons as both the vanilla lights and vanilla hand weapons need alot of help. Really surprised that you added in the Defense Shield mod as more than a small percent of SE players think its cheap and easy to build and so OP that just placing it on a grid renders it invincible( which is COMPLETELY wrong).I myself have some worlds that just use vanilla and vanilla plus weapons and no shields, and some worlds are Weaponcore with WC weapon mods and Defense Shield Addon mod for the enemy factions. Anyway good video, hope it helps newer players find mods they want to try.

Good mod lists a couple of mods I did not know about and did not know that edge be gone improved performance, I prefer the eat drink sleep repeat over DNSK as DNSK all you need is put the food in your inventory and you consume it automatically, so it becomes just an inventory space inconvenience. Eat drink sleep repeat you have to perform an action to eat or drink and different food give you different amount it fills you up and some gives you healing. As for the shield mod you forgot to mention that you need to have a weapon core mod as well because no vanilla weapons work against an opponent that has minimum shield

Did not know that much about Eat, Drink, Sleep Repeat and I will have to look further as DNSK is a littke boring and consuming as you say... I did mention about Weapon core while showing the extra mods at the end... Its not a necessity to have weapon core with the defense shields mod especially with my Fire and forget missiles but I know where your coming from as they end up being 'OP' against Vanilla weapons. I don't know why FSD Supercruise isn't on more must-have lists. Being able to do 50km/s warp speed without needing to worry about impact (drop out of warp) is immensely superior to jump drives and works even with normal speed limits.

It is a Plug-in, check out my short Tutorial on it, to see what it is and does... then watch a more recent tutorial on how to install it for yourself as its a MUST HAVE... Allows the Projector to print/build more than 1 grid, aka piston on a piston on a piston..................... 🤪😂

Appreciate the vid! I just started, want to preserve the gameplay as intended, at the same time not cheat. I have no clue how to even use mods, a "how to" vid would be great if you had link/vid. Would have been easy click for me

Easier than you think to download and install mods... All available on the Steam Workshop under Space Engineers... "Subscribe" to the Workshop Mod and it will automatically download and install into your game folder, ready for play (just add mods to specific in-game map etc) Hope this clarifies a little bit 🤣✌️🤔

Configurable Parameters... my must have mod. foregt all the speed mods, light enhancing mods, ore detector range mods and what not.... just use this and configure it as u like :) just look at it. its awesom

OMG OMG OMG... this is a mod I must have as it will make changing my Sandblx.sbc for Anti Aircraft Vanilla Gat Turrets and more... a little easier. gotta test it to see if i need to close and open my game for the effects to take effect after changing etc 🤔 Super keen and thanks for the tip... ill check it out later this arvo 👌✌️🤔

Depends what and where is pressurised, naturally or by a Base etc. otherwise YES for sure... Just makes consuming your O2 Bottles in your players inventory be used more efficiently among many other features... Check the mod out with the link 🤔✌️

@@ShArPy1o1Games как мне сделать это.Но раньше было видео как игрок создал на марсе поезд и рельсы которые выполняли рельеф планеты,и как он состыковывал их я так и не понял.рельсы изгибались плавно и поворачивали.

It would have been done using Hinges or similar... I don't have much experience in Rail Curves or the like, might be good to look around or even test it out yourself?

Are these mods on the ps5 version? I'm a brand new player, and it's overwhelming but I do like the game. Right now I'm not sure what to do with the ore I got as it won't let me put it in my survival refiner. Go ahead and laugh, I can take it. This game is kicking my a**. But dangit, I'm gonna learn it. Thanks for the tips in advance.

I don't have a console unfortunately so I don't know what is available to you on console... I do have a Survival 'Dronely' I'm currently working on to be released soon (mainly to teach Drones, Missiles & Automation in Vanilla... with a twist)

jo im realitve new to the game and i was thinking to try it out with the mods, im wondering if im missing something about the dayly needs surivial kit. i mean, the name kind of suggests that its ment to be used in a survival game type of environment.... now i started in a starsystem, getting out of the droppod, and almost before i mined my first stone, the game is suggestingto me, that im thirsty and should drink something.... so question 1, can we reduce the ammount of needed water and food in some sort of settings? and the main question: is it even possible to start playing with this mod or does it require to start a game wich already has placed down those new drinking and eating components in order to rather add something to the game than disrupt from it? for now imma turn it off, just to be able to first get back into this game wich was collecting dust for arround 12 years in my steam library and maybe afterwards once i know what im doing im trying to turn it on xD

I suggest getting the hang of Space Engineers again before using any game changing mods... 😇✌️ The daily needs survival kit has a whole learning curve on its own 🤯😂

ngl keen just needs to add 90% of the steam mods/scripts to the game. game devs these days get it to easy. make a game create a mod kit lets the community do your job. at least optimize the game so it can't handle a battle while the community makes the game better for free.
