So awesome to hear Adam! We appreciate you letting us get you setup with that new set and hearing the real feedback of the tire and how it performed! Thanks for always sharing! 🤘🤙😎
Top 3 tires according to who ? What background do you have in tire design and rubber compounds? How many miles have you put on these tires and competitors tires to make this comparison? How many tires have you tested and where besides Wisconsin and what conditions have you tested these tires? I personally have ridden thousands of miles on an UTV throughout the Hatfield McCoy trails and through several off-road parks in Utah and even road over 400 miles in Baja Mexico , and the dunes of Glamis. I have used several brand or tires and different kind of tires from mud tires to paddle tires and everything in between depending where I am. With my miles of riding , the best overall tires based solely on my experience and opinion would be the BFG and Tusk Terrabite. These two tires have never failed me and I was able to get several miles out of them compared to other tires. I’ve ridden in several different conditions from hard pack to loamy dirt, mud, to rock crawling to sand. The spring of 2024 myself and a few friends will be heading out on the Trans America Trail. The trail is a total of 5000 miles and we will be completing 2000 miles. The trail consists of dirt roads, gravel roads, forest roads, jeep trails, and some paved roads. I will be using Tusk Aramid Terrabite 10ply for this trip mounted on a brand new 2024 Polaris Expidition.
Great call out, we would have to be specific to each size as each tire will vary in weight. We'd love to help if you have a certain tire you are interested in and we can find out the weight per tire! Thanks for watching
@@muzicfinder1 AWESOME IDEA! We will see what we can do, really appreciate the feedback, and hey we would love to see you add your machine to our online gallery! www.functionpowersports.com/wheel-offset-gallery
2013 Can Am Defender Limited Max is stock with 30x9/10x14 Why change your stock wheel from 14” to 15”? I do want the BFG KM3 and stay with 30” to keep from losing top speed and hill power
Ok, I watched the video, but where are the tires for ATV's? Looking for all-terrains in 26 inch. Would like to hear your thoughts. Mostly ride 40/40/20 %, Sand/Hard Pack/Roadways. Thanks?
just found this chanell!! shout out from wisconsin! guess ill be buying tires from you haha!! im looking for new atv tires and the 3 you listed are the ones i really like. going to go look at your website now. the bfgoodrichs will be to heavy for my sportman 8fiddy. looking at the fuels gripper ut2. 28-10-14. i need to know if they measure out to a true 28?? im actually worried these tires will be to heavy. i had a set of 30`s motohavocs and they broke my clutch. dont want to spend another 1500 on replacing again. haha. i ride black river falls, tomohawk, and the florance/dunbar trails. for all these trails i want a radial tire, not a bias ply. most likely need a 27inch tire being the biggest. i also have fuel beadlock rims woot woot. on 2 inch lift with 2 inch spacers
I still have the factory original tires on the talon 1000x 4 . From the research I’ve been doing it looks like 32x10x15 will fit on front and rear rims . I like the look of the Motorsport EFX MotorRally . Looking for an A/T type . These EFX ‘s have squared off looking edges is the look I like . Not the crowned look . Thank you for response
When looking at front of Talon I would like it to have a beefy squared off shoulder look . Not sure how else to describe it . I think you know what I mean
We've got a handful of Talons in our gallery on our website with 32x10 tires, I'd suggest looking at them to see what wheel offset you prefer. Once you know the size and offset you want, it comes down to looks. If you shoot us a DM on Instagram or Facebook, we'll be able to converse and help you a little easier, too. Thanks 🤘
The KM3 is a great tire, but if you want a DOT rated tire that still does great off-road. We have a lot of great DOT rated tires from EFX and even Tensor. Let us know if we can help with your next set up or check out our website to dial in that next set! Thanks for watching
@@FunctionPowersports terrain specific, and that's why most you picked wouldn't cut it. These are some of the least aggressive tires, good for hard pack and road use primarily. MAXXIS, System 3, ITP- all have tires in different categories that blow any of the tires you listed away.
@@1978JWJ LOL That is so incorrect. With the exception of mud, I'd put the KM3 up against any other tire for rocks, dirt, hard pack, snow and any other condition. All in one tire. No need to buy a tire that is only good for one particular condition. (except mudding of course)
