Thanks for sharing these! I have been using the free The Daily Audio Bible app for 7 years. You can choose languages, reading plans (including one for kids by kids), and participate in the prayer community.

I only listened to audio Bible of the New Testament in Norwegian once before I really knew Jesus, and second time was of some books and chapters of the OT when I had to read a lot and it was a bit difficult, going through the Bible chronologically in a year, two years ago :) Apart from that, I've listened to some chapters and whole book of Acts in English through the YouVersion Bible App. I think reason I haven't considered any other apps, is because I prefer to read and not so much to have background music, although it can be really nice :D I enjoyed this comparison!

Since I love audio BIBLE, I immediately downloaded the Street lights App to check it out! It was cool 😀 Didn’t know that there were Apps like this 😀

I've never actually used an audio Bible just because I find it hard to focus when I just listen, but I would like to use audio Bibles more as I do everyday activities just to spend more time in the Word.

I have the same issue as well but I wanted to be intentional in spending my time (even travel time) wisely so tried these apps😊

I love your review. I've been using the YouVersion and Daily Bible apps. YouVersion is awesome and is available on both android and iOS. I'm surprised that YouVersion is not on your list.

This is great! Never heard of these but i think they sound pretty cool definitely going to look at streetlights. I love the fact that you can choose your background and stuff on the others. I’m so basic. Just typically use my sword 🤦🏽‍♀️

I dont know if I am right about this, but when I tried the dwell app or others like it, I couldnt get past the thought of paying for the Word of God. Other apps. that offer similar features are free. It just didnt feel right to me. But, maybe Im mistaken.

Appreciate you saying this and respect whatever your stand is. For me, what I understand is we pay for something we think is valuable. They (Dwell) are offering a service and if it’s valuable for me then I’m happy to support by buying their product. I don’t really think that it’s paying for the Word of God. It’s like buying a Bible in a bookstore too, it took work for it to be available there. Thanks for sharing your thought dear. We might make another video with list of free Bible apps. ❤️
