I only speak one language, but seeing how you put in the effort to make sure both your English speaking and Spanish speaking fans can understand the content you make give me so much joy. You’re the only person I’ve seen that’s so consistent in this
I love ODOBAN! It's a disinfectant, deodorizer, virucide, and mildewstat! You get it in a gallon and dilute it. During the pandemic, I had this to disinfect while everyone else was panicking because everything else was empty on the shelves. It works great on pet messes. Gone are the smells of dog accidents. Also, love love love 20 Mule Borax! That's a workhorse in bathroom, kitchen AND in the washer machine!
Me, too! I get the green bottle. I think the scent is Eucalyptus. It's a very light sense. It can be hard to find. Ace Hardware and Home Depot carry it.
FYI, wasps love MrClean but not pine sol. Believe me. With MrClean, they lined the bucket and buzzed me like crazy. I didn't see them sipping the MrClean, so I don't know whatbl they liked about it.
You can clean using White Vinegar. Be careful if you have animals, allergies, and asthma because chemicals can make it worse and be harmful to animals. I do like Lysol. I have use Vinegar and water on the floors. Also, Baking Soda and White Vinegar works well and you can add Lavender, Orange, or Tea Tree Oil for a nice smell. Or once you are done cleaning, you can add a pot of water with Rosemary, lemon, and vanilla to a boil to make your home smell nice. You can add orange peels, cinnamon sticks, and apples/apple peels and your home will smell like Fall.
I am trying orange peel soaked vinegar, because I can't stand my kitchen smelling like salad after I use it. I only use vinegar in rinsing my clothes in the wash, especially my towels!
I have tried a large variety of mold and mildew cleaners on the grout in my shower and nothing really worked until I found ZEP for mold and mildew at the Dollar Tree for $3.00. I applied it twice and the black mold in the caulking is gone. I wish I’d found it years ago.
The dawn works great on tubs where clients like to use alot of oil treatments on there hair. I also love barkeeper's friend, but find the scrub daddy paste works better without the possibility of scratching.
I use OdoBan a lot! In my final rinse when cool/cold water laundry, the litter box (rinse thoroughly), around the toilets, in the kitchen, etc. I use the Clean Linen scent because it's not very strong.
The antibacterials products, if you don’t leave it on the surface for sometime, doesn’t kill anything make sure to follow the direction for desinfección!!
What do you use to get rid of tough water marks on glass doors and shower faucets? Do you use an acidic based cleaner? And then use something else for the tile walls?
I love the Barkeepers Friend and the Zep ❤. I have never had any decent results with Dawn on anything other than dishes. However, I am the weirdo who loves the smell of bleach, so I always clean with bleach....
Great Choices.. Also Clorox Wipes Works Very Well For Quick Clean Ups.. Work On Every Surface.. It Disinfects And Kill Viruses.. And It Smells Great Too! 😉
TY FOR SAYING THE VIRIUS ANd bacteria part! I love PineGlo because it’s an antibacterial and disinfectant and I think people think those are the same ❤
What….free and clear dawn now?!!!! Awesome! I’ll have to buy that. I just used the blue spray dawn and filled with my free and clear dish soap from another brand.
What is your stance on portable steam cleaners ? They safely sanitize surfaces as well. After watching your cleaning videos, I feel dirty just looking at my room. I should steam clean myself !
I’m going to be moving into a two bedroom house/ condo do you suggest I hire cleaners at first or do you think with the right products I can do this myself? Thx so much
how do you feel about scrubbing bubbles? and the Kaboom product line? also what would you recommend for someone to purchase who is moving into their first apartment?
Hey. Scrubbing bubbles I like and actually works, but kaboom is a no for me. Moving to a new place I would recommend Power wash dawn, a multipurpose cleaner (any you prefer), a disinfectant, toilet cleaner, and barkeepers friend. Brushes, sponges non scratch and heavy duty and a vacuum and mop. With just those are your base you can pretty much clean up your space and have it ready to move in.
I have my housekeeper use Dr. Bronners Peppermint liquid castile. Big cheap bottle of vodka to polish fixures. There's zero point in disinfecting surfaces, clean them with the soap and water. I don't expose my housekeeper to crazy fragrances and chemicals.
I went to a very well known bakery they used a cleaner that had a scent that hit you at the entrance ....unfortunately the 5 items I ordered all tasted like the cleaner.... Sanitizers with scent at a food place can be grabbed by the flour and baking soda in the recipe ..🎉
I worked with a lot of people. You always have those clients who don’t want to smell chemicals. Gives them headaches. Or they just get really mad when they can smell something -.-
I wish I liked PineSol because it is such a good cleaner, but the smell just gets to me after a while. I have a hard time with straight white vinegar because I don't like my house smelling like a salad. Although it's fabulous for clothes final rinse and the smell is completely gone when it comes out of the dryer. For light cleaning, I actually like Fabuloso, but only in the lavender. The other scents are gross in my opinion. I recently found Dawn degreaser power wash, and just in the nick of time. I managed to spill some oil on a pretty pricey pair of pants, and I just decided to use it because WTH, they were going to be ruined anyway. And now, you can't even tell that the oil was even there!
I've removed ink from clothing with oxy clean original. Be sure to follow directions on the container though. I let it sit too long and it put a hole in the fabric.
Here's a question for my fellow house keepers, how do you rinse ahower walls when clients don't have a handheld shower head? I've had then buy a plastic picture, but ot still splashes, even trying not to, same foe a solo cup, & takes to long. Help... If the walls aren't bad, I've just used wipes on them, or my vinegar/ dish soap & water spray, & wipe off.
