These should be ok for thoracic scoliosis but I would recommend working specifically with a therapist who knows what they are doing for scoliosis. They can help you more specifically.
Thank you very much for the last exercise shown 06:49. But it is better to do exercise near the Swedish wall, skipping the elastic band behind the right or left vertical base. Because in your exercise, the stomach does not allow you to do the full range of motion. Ie, to spread your arms to the horizontal plane of the back. ❤
