Parry trading is a key part of PvP in Deepwoken. Something people don't realize is that there is actually quite a lot of depth to parry trades, and it isn't just who is better or worse at parrying. Let me know if there is any other noteworthy aspects to parry trades that I may not have mentioned in this video.

I don't understand movestacking. In a few videos Spidersdw talks about movestacking. An example is in his combo video, saying to movestack m1 into rising wind or uppercut into rising wind but I thought it got removed, and if it still exists how do you do it? I've been confused for some months now and I'll be happy if someone can answer this.

Thanks for this video. I wish more creators would do this. I struggle fighting light wep users who macro m1 even if i try to outreach them as a heavy user. Perhaps now i will have an easier time fighting them

one thing i notice is that after people feint mantras they almost always use the same mantra after, try to use different mantras and mixups instead of the same thing over and over again

Thanks for all these tips. I'm recently coming back to deepwoken and I had a question about weakblock/hitstun. For some reason, after I get hit once by an m1, i end up eating another 1-2 or a mantra and it really just irritates me. Do you have any special tips on how to be consistent with parries? For example, after I'm hit once and then the enemy immediately uses gale lunge, for some reason im almost always hit. Is there any specific way, like just tapping F to parry? It never seems to work because of hitstun and it just really gets on my nerves when I'm sparring my friends.

prob because my playstyle with gale against sh light avoids m1 parry trades. it's kinda hard to force parry trade against someone who is feinting a lot

100 ping is really bad, don't let the brazilian demons gas light you into thinking this is good. you can probably still do well with it if you're really good at the game, but that ping is still a big disadvantage

I mantra spam all my mantras at first to see if they are good at parrying or a fraud, if they are a fraud i slide with ice forge and do the broken hitbox tech. If they are good at parrying i have to feint more offten and do more running attacks after i parry or back off completely so i wont get ping diffed my ping is bad,i want to have fun playing the video game that is for entertainment called deepwoken.

I meant like I always stuck at 800-900 elos. It's doesn't grow up. I was improve so hard. The only main problem for me is.. I always get baits. If I dodge. They will use mantra continue. after I dodge. It's like free dmg for them. I'm not sure how to use BLOCK correctly. I kinda afraid posture break. I hate player feints m1, m1 + mantra and feints Mantra too much. I can't react it enough. feints player like feints and do multi combo. After I got baits and use tempo to vent. But it's kinda useless for me. (This is my experience against feints player) So yea, this is my request to get little tips for against feints player. Also your parry video helping me alot. tysm if u have to do spine cutter tutorial. i wanna request that too i saw some player. they just running without cancel dodge. and boom spine cutter and jump attack on behind is work too. i kinda confuse how did they do that
