This video depresses me. These used to be my 3 favorite tricep exercises. But after injuring my rotator cuff a year ago I can't do these exercises anymore without extreme pain, so I'm relegated to doing cable pushdowns, dips, skull crushers, etc. No overhead movements.

Sir ur biceps routine is very effective for me thanks but my uric acid count is 7.5 mg/dl Dr says u can't digest protien please give me suggestions for muscle building.....
