Patience and that tip in quality 1- breakeven! I love that. I’ve invested in properties and I’m clearing out my portfolio to start over. I’ve learned so much! I needed that tip about breakeven! I’m going to be so much better this next time! 🙌🏼 Sometimes you just need to clear it out and start over. Can’t be afraid to pivot and regroup!!!
One quality that I would likely emulate that seems to be all- encompassing with having patience, developing adherence to particular investment as well cultivating a "thirst" for knowledge consist of having or implementing critical thinking skills as a complement to the aforementioned qualities advocated here.
I personally like investing in physical properties, but if you want easy exposure to real estate, REITS are a good option. I would pay attention to the expense ratio to make sure it’s worth it vs a different investment.
