Thanks for the question. 1/ If we are talking about Thao Dien Green (high-end apartments in Thao Dien, District 2, HCMC): 1 bedroom unit (55 sqm - net size) is around USD 300,000 (VAT included); USD 450,000 for a 2 bedroom (82 sqm), USD 610,000 for 3 bedrooms (110 sqm). Slow payment lasts for 2 years. 2/ Thao Dien Green apartment is expected to appreciate at least 10% per annum, so till handover which is around end of 2023, its price will likely fall in the range of USD 5,800 - 6,200/sqm. 3/In the overall covid situation, rental yield is currently performing at around 4%/annum, current rental price of similar property such as D'edge (same neighborhood with Thao Dien Green) is around USD 1,200/month for a 2 bedrooms. For Thao Dien Green, in 2 years time, it's expected to be around USD 1,500 - 1,700/month as rental price for a 2 bedroom unit, and can be more once the whole economy recovers. Cheers.
