So I broke into the Palace with a sponge and a rusty spanner She said, "Eh, I know, and you cannot sing" I said, "That's nothing, you should hear me play the piano" We can go for a walk where it's quiet and dry And talk about precious things
@@auroraj161 Yo, photos of Princess Diana in the car wreck existed up until a few years ago. Photos of the Princess of Wales sunbathing topless were made public. The Queen and Prince Philip would NOT have been able to sweep it under the rug. Do damage control afterwards yes, but the scandal of her throwing stuff at him would've been made public.
@@auroraj161 not really... The media people are too sneaky.. if that was the case then many private matters of the royal family including the matters of the "then Prince" Charles and Princess Diana wouldn't have leaked through media... Such as the infidelity, private phone audio tapes between Camila and Charles etc..
@@auroraj161 They can have the original person who posted it take it down but once it's on the Internet it's almost impossible to remove it from everywhere, especially when the subject is from such a famous family. It'll have been shared and reshared so many times before they could even ask to take it down
Well...the scene with the man who broke in didn't really happen. He did break in, but the dialogue was fiction. They actually offered him cigarettes and then the police came.
Not at all..I don't like olivia coleman at all..she looks very grumpy and rude. I wish they kept claire foy and matt smith and gave them older look instead of new cast, you know you build a connection with the faces through the episodes.
I think Claire Foy looks a lot like the Queen, but no, I personally don't see a resemblance with Olivia. Olivia looks ill-tempered, whereas the Queen looked kind and gentle
What world do you live in which Olivia looks like the queen…? I love Olivia Coleman but I see zero resemblance to the queen. Claire Foy, I can definitely see.
One thing I didn't expect was for the crown to depict the bolsheviks executing and bayonetting the Romanovs and his children. That was rough, I had a hard time watching that
It surprises me that people still don't think it happened in real life. In fact, someone DID break into the palace so I know the producers did not use "artistic licence" for the scene.
No they didn't, it's not a docuseries just a drama with a vague semblance of what happened. Are you even British? Do you know British history or are you just content with talking out of your arse?
We need to remember that this is historical fiction. The main event of these scenes (a notice of loss, a fight between a couple, and a man breaking in) is correct and real, but that’s all there is. Unless there is recording or 100% credible account (which is almost impossible), we will never know what was said or done in the vast majority of these situations. I’ve seen so many rumors and opinions stated as facts and it’s incredibly misleading. It’s especially bad with this show. It’s nice for a bit of escapism but we need to recognize it as fiction and not pretend to know every detail about royal conversations and relationships.
The series show a lot of tension in the marriage between Queen & Philip. They hardly smile to each other. Queen seems to give Philip a hard time & not really respecting him as a sensible man in that she never listen to his advice, which is strange as he is older than her. He is shown to be always misbehaving or lack scruples. If her own marriage had so much trouble in their first 10 years, i find it strange that the Queen didn’t consul Diana or charles when their marriage was in trouble. This is in reference to series 1 & 2.
Nah bro when I saw the first one and saw Elizabeth II and Philip in the movie they looking mad fine not in IrL (I'm talking about the one she showed in the short)
If this is privileged information, please send me a copy of the deposition so I can prove in court that I can defend myself from accusations of being a spy.
Considering that Charles used be be heir, his private life and alle the drama that entailed from it, did some serious damage, and not covering it wouldn't have been right. Also, as of right now, you are solely basing your comment on the trailer. We all know trailers are meant to violently grab your attention and catch your interest. It'll probably be more nuanced than it thus far appears.
🙄🙄🙄🤔🤔🤔 kisah seperti ini saya pikir hanya fiktiv, saya tidak percaya Ratu Elizabeth II melemparkan sepatu kearah suaminya Pangeran Philip..seringkali film juga banyak fiktiv nya agar menarik ditonton oleh pemirsa
