Appreciate your videos on trainings but most importantly your cooking advice. I don’t like cooking but I’m working on it. Thanks again and continue blessings
This is an example of when you see a guy doing an exercise but you don't understand what he is doing. This is where this kind of detailled explenation comes handy. Thanks.
I've always subconsciously maybe slacked a bit when it comes to my shoulders but i made a decision a few weeks ago to go hard.. This vid will help ..Thanks bro 👊🏿
The side laterals with dumbbells have always been a difficult movement for me to master where I can actually feel it in my shoulder. I always have trouble mastering the form. This video is very helpful. I like to use the cable but I will try to use the dumbbells more.
What protein powder do you use? I’m such a clean diet type of athlete/trainer. I want to keep it lean.. also give me a year I’ll be doing a collab with you… mark my words God bless !
@@tonyadams8812 You are so full of anger. That's wrong. Nobody forces you to be here. I happen to like Josh's clips If I didn't then I would go away... 😉
Hey Josh , very good video . I can do better editing in your videos which can help you to get more engagement in your videos . Pls lmk what do you think ?
Gentleman. Start young! I just look at his physique and realise it’s completely unobtainable for me as a late 50yr old. I should have started 30 years ago…… it’s a little depressing.
Camera dude, please hold still. You don't need to move along with the rep. Back up to keep his reps in the shot, and I won't need a trash can nearby. 🙂
Can u get a better camera guy. The camera person is not doing justice. Focusing on the close up to show pump when a wide shot is best to observe the actual form of the exercise.
@@Paul-Weston Someone sounds upset 🤣🤣. Do you whatever you want bro I’m just saying you don’t have to take them to get results. You need to know what you’re doing 😁🤟🏾
@@JoshBailey4 I'm 63yrs old mate, you need them when you're my age trust me. Everyone at work is suprised when I tell them how old I am though, they think I'm late 40's. When I stop taking gear I have no energy to work out. My joints ache, my feet are killing me at the end of a day's work. I weigh 95kg at 5' 9"", so I'm not really that big. I'm about the same size as I was at 30 when I was natty. Started using gear when I got to 50, when it became really easy to obtain on the Internet. Before that you had to know someone at the gym etc.. and I'm not really into socialising, I just workout and leave, I Don't hang around the protein shake bar for hours chatting. Is it going to kill me?. Maybe, all the guys at work my age are in worse physical shape than me though, with various illnesses, type II diabetes etc. By the way, I'm not upset. The guys who accuse steroid users of cheating are the ones who come across as upset, cos a 63yr old man looks better than them at 30.
Great video with great exercises. But let's be honest, to get pumped up like he does, it takes steroids in any form. This is not archievable on a natural basis. No hard feelings.
You can still look decent if you don’t take steroids. People did bodybuilding before steroids was a thing as they were impressive as heck. Some people take them and still don’t look as good. Ronnie Coleman when he was competing in his teen years he was jacked not taking any steroids.
No it doesn’t you need great genetics nutrition and time. He’s a trainer for a living that’s been doing this for years, he’s not you with average genetics that works in a cubicle. Let’s think holistically
@@JoshBailey4 not hating Josh, respect your physique, dieting, and dedication, obviously even if you take gear, you still have to work hard, but when you came back with those low T levels on you blood work and carrying as much muscle as you do, ALL I'm saying is no way.
Not going to lie, genetics do come in as an advantage. But like you said you still have to put in the work. If there’s anything I can help you with let me know!
