FYI, you can download the DD214 from eBenefits (va.gov) as well. Simply login and click on the eBenefits logo on the top left corner, it will take you to a blue layout where in the very center you can click on Military Personnel File, in there you can request a copy and simply wait a few minutes. Once you receive the email stating your documents are ready, you can go right back into the same file and download. DD-214 instant access.
I just want to say that my wife and I are so pumped to gather everything together and do this!!! We are so thankful for videos like these for we ALL know how the V.A. can be!
I needed a DD 214. I went to my Senator. Received it in 4 days by attachment. Agencies have 72 hours to answer a congressional inquiry. Anytime and every time I deal with V. A. I go through my Senators.
Thanks for the vid. Top 4th mistake is thinking my comparable offer holds any water to non VA loan users. I swear there needs to be a PSA or some sort of tax break to get home sellers to take VA Loan backed offers. Sure we'll get the ole "thank you for your service" lip service but when push comes to shove we're left out in the cold. Having to do extra inspections is simply not a hoop most home sellers are willing to jump through unless you sweeten the pot by overbidding on the purchase price.
Jo G hey man. I’ve dealt with this issue my entire career. With the right team in place and the right strategies you can overcome this. Let me know if you’d like to schedule a call. To do so cal 602-560-1774
Roger up then once we Roger up we will Roger up then you can Roger up with a lender but don't Roger up with the realtor first Roger up with him directly if you would like. HOAH LMAO
The 2019 max loan amount for VA loans is $484,350 for standard areas in the US. There are certain high cost counties which allow for higher loan amounts. Check out the link. www.military.com/money/va-loans/home-purchase/va-loan-limits-for-high-cost-counties.html
this policy changed in 2020 allowing vets to purchase a home up to any purchase price with no money down assuming they qualify by way of credit and income
Thanks for your service but, I don’t think you need to talk like like that anymore lol. I wouldn’t want a loan officer telling me he’s gonna put rounds down range. Not very professional IMO.
You and everybody else who says thanks for your service and then turns around and judges you are the lowest of the low. We fight to keep this country free and a lot of times we die doing it. If you can't show us the respect we deserve, then keep your damn mouth shut.
Jay McCain Actually, the word is originally English, like from England, where it *is* pronounced "Vetran" ... just like an animal Veterinarian is pronounced Vetrinarian & the name Catherine is pronounced Cathrin
