I recently watched the Hunchback of Notre Dame for the first time in a while and yeah Hellfire is an amazing villain song, it made me feel genuinely disgusted in Frollo’s character and the combination of the vocals, lyrics, instrumental and visuals give you goosebumps. Just goes to show how great of a villain Frollo is and how great the Hunchback of Notre Dame is.

I was and am a huge fan of VeggieTales, it sums up my childhood. And seeing Oh No, What We Gonna Do (Probably my favorite VeggieTales song by the way) in number 20, was pure nostalgia, and I love that it was included.

I feel like you should check out "Biggering" from The Lorax. Now I know you may say "What's that?" It was basically the first version of "How Bad Can I Be" that was cut because it was *clears throat* "too dark", but it's simply a powerful rock opera that touches on the route of the problem of greed. It honestly hit me as powerfully as "Hellfire" I'm not joking.

I was suprised to see you put "want you gone" since its from a game, but extremely thankful for it. That one is one of my favorites of all time, along with still alive.

Big and Loud from Cats Don’t Dance should’ve been put on this list. Particularly the second part. It’s grand, intense, has fantastic visuals and perfectly establishes Darla Dimple as the villain.

Somehow I couldn’t find this until now. But the fact you put Like Father Like Son in eighth place gave me life, the fact you knew of it. My high school did a huge production of it and the song hit so hard, I went to the auditions and when we got to the point where we had to sing the songs from the musical and this was the song all the guys were given? Yeah, no I didn’t have the lungs to do it. But the power behind the voice, the meanings, everything is amazing. I ended up recording the play, I had to watch that play six times in the matter of two weeks AND sat through the rehearsals they had before people came. This was one of the songs, as well as Every Story and the “romance” song that I could never remember the name of that has a reprise, I never got sick of hearing.

But, here's some villain songs I like that aren't in this list and honorable mentions: Video games: It Has To Be This Way-Metal Gear Rising: Revengance Perfectly displays the parallels between both Armstrong and Raiden, each with the heavy metal from the first phase, the vocals halfway through then the heavy metal again, and lastly the vocals and final verse of the instrumentals. One Winged Angel(Advent Children Version)-Final Fantasy VII Advent Children From the return of the original theme and Latin vocals to the metal instrumentals and 'Veni Veni Venias' feeling more intense than the original when Cloud finishes off Sephiroth with Omnislash Ver.6! Philistine-No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle A diss track of Travis' mistakes in the past which matches Margaret's criticisms of him, which foreshadows the end of the sequel where Travis leaves the UAA permanently so he'll eventually fight space alien superheroes in No More Heroes 3, so that's neat. 😉 The Phantom Rabbid's Song-Mario and Rabbids: Kingdom Battle Another diss track of the protagonist but friggin' hilarious with how much the references to Mario's adventures were broken just for the sense of satire. Transformation-The World Ends With You A delightful theme for Minamimoto. Fantastic vocals, stunning instrumentals by Takehiro Ishimoto, and the memorable quote "SO ZETTASLOW!" Animation: Not Evil-The LEGO Movie 2 The Second Part Brilliant in every way. Although there's plenty of flaws within the film and some plotholes, but it's a jam to listen to, even if you never heard Tiffany Haddish sing before in any film. Still, it provides initial foreshadowing towards the climax. You Will Remember-Danny Phantom A very haunting song revealing the tragic past of Ember and her hopes of people loving her again. Holding Out For A Hero-Shrek 2 Everyone talked about this to death. But incredible in every way. The song sung by the crocodile from All Dogs Go To Heaven Never listened to this song yet, but I'll give it a try.

I'm literally so glad people can appreciate hellfire It's symbolism, art, etc is BEAUTIFUL and the scariest part about it is that this song cements Frollo as the most REALISTIC Disney villain (from a evil action justification standpoint) Someone commented this on one of a post of the song and they point out how when the guard interrupts Frollo there's a soft blue light, representing heaven aka his chance to turn away from his desires but instead he gives in and becomes engulfed in his own hell It's beautiful and I wish people would give it the justice it deserved more often
