It's my favourite record shop so far. My favourite has to be either "katamari damacy" or "Gremlins". I have no fault with mondo. Excellent service and value for your money.
Rad review of Mondo albums for the festive season that deserves a shout out all the way from Singapore. My fave Mondo release (that's still available for sale on their site) is the Looper soundtrack housed within a custom-made metal box!
i loved the fight club pressing they did a lil while back. not only does it sound solid as their releases usually do. but, the packaging perfectly complimented the film so creatively. great video as always!
Thanks Matt! Awesome giveaway! My favourite record out of the Mondo catalog is the soundtrack to Fight Club. The whole packaging just blows me away everytime I see it :D And on top you have this pink vinyls that resemble Tyler Durden's soap. It's just stunning. Amazing how much work they put into making these!
I've already got the 'Over the Garden Wall' Soundtrack. It's awesome. I have a few Mondo soundtracks in my collection. My favourite HAS to be Shaun of the Dead on the Winchester Ale pressing. They released it back when you either got a standard black pressing or the colour variant like a lucky dip thing. So I was lucky enough to get the coloured one. I have all the Marvel Netflix soundtracks as well, my favourite being season one of Luke Cage. Although the Jessica Jones one is pretty damn good too.
I don’t know how many pressings were made for Tron:Legacy, but the first pressing sold out in 8 minutes and the second also sold out in about the same.
Nice, also just saw Bohemian Rhapsody yesterday. Great movie, but man it is a bit of a travesty, I especially felt bad for Mary Austin in all of this. I can recommend seeing it just not with kids. I will say this though my two favorite movies I've seen are Creed II and surprisingly Auqaman. Auqaman has the best story of any of the DCEU movies and the best music I might add with both respects to the score and the pop music used. Also Jason Mamoa is freaking great in this!
I own one thing in the Mondo catalog and that is the Sonic Mania soundtrack. I got it from DATA Discs. I've noticed that Mondo seems to be a distributor as well as a producer. The Bill and Ted soundtrack for example is from Enjoy The Ride Records. I'm always in to good video game music but the entry in the catalog that intrigues me the most is Rick Wakeman's Phantom Of The Opera since it isn't the Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Holy shit. That Guardians pressing looks super sick. I love these Mondo cover arts. I have none on vinyl though. The only Mondo related release in my collection is the Tarantino XX blu-ray set. The art design on that one is drop dead gorgeous and super extensive, too. I wish a i had a poster of the digipak artwork.
hey! i know probably no one would pick this, but i would choose the paranorman soundtrack. there is this song on it, at the end, its called aggie fights, that on the spotify release of the soundtrack (when it was on spotify) is the official song, but they ended up using another version in the movie, and i think the vinyl has that movie version.
have two of them. one of my favorite records of all time the soundtrack to Coraline. i was lucky enough to get the black/white swirl random pressing. the other i have is Kubo. bought for my fiance more than myself but still a gorgeous piece with the sun and moon records.

I am the proud owner of the back to the future 2 score on clear vinyl with blue splatter. I’m new to the scene but managed to grab this from eBay sealed about 2 weeks a go. I’m spinning it tomorrow. Because of your video Matt I went to look at other mondo records and just purchased the home alone soundtrack (well it is Christmas) can’t wait to play it. I’m from the U.K. and this record on amazon and eBay was over £100 (over my budget) so I could not believe my eyes when I saw it was still available from mondo! Thanks Matt
I also own the Katamari Damacy record, but have the second pressing. The colors are an orange/yellow swirl and blue/yellow swirl which I really like. Its such an interesting and diverse soundtrack. My favorite of my Mondo records right now has to be the Luke Cage Season 2 Soundtrack. I hadn't really started collecting when the Season 1 Soundtrack came out so I missed that one, but there was no way I was going to miss another Adrian Younge & Ali Shaheed Muhammad project.

My favorite Mondo pressing will always be the Studio Ghibli Kokyo Kyokushu "Princess Mononoke" variant, although, I don't think ill ever be able to get my hands on a copy of that one haha
My favorite current available soundtrack by Mondo is Magnolia. The packaging, artwork and vinyl are all beautiful and my copy is a nice, quiet press. But, my top release Mondo has ever done was The Fountain, the soundtrack is absolutely stunning! I'm a soundtrack fanatic, but Over the Garden Wall has not graced my collection or table yet!

OMg! i have a weak spot for soundtracks on vinyl, i dont know why but i never leave a record store without first looking through the soundtrack bin. My favourite releases from mondo are I, Tonya and the Adventure Time soundtrack... I know I have to save money because I'm spending too much on records but I don't know if I can resist leaving these behind...
My favourite pressing by Mondo has to be the Black Cat by Edgar Allan Poe. I read the story as a kid and I really loved it, since that Poe became one of my favorite writers. Matt, you're an amazing youtuber and I enjoy your videos a lot, please keep it up. Hello all the way from Mexico.
One soundtrack I’d love to have would have to be Hitman: Contracts. While not the most popular Hitman game, it’s one of my top favorites and the soundtrack is probably the best in my opinion of them, with Bloodmoney a close second.

My favourite titles of the Mondo titles I've bought so far are Jessica Jones Season 1 and Planet of the Apes, If I had to chose one I'd probably go with Planet of the Apes, it's been one of my favourite films for over 15 years and is probably my favourite film score ever!!!
My favorite is the Oblivion Soundtrack on clear vinyl. M83 offer such a killer soundtrack for a not so amazing movie. Runner up would be the orange and black Halloween Soundtrack.
Ooh, so many to choose from. I recently purchased the Autopsy of Jane Doe (such great art design and the score is chilling). Mondo artfully combines great art and fantastic sound into a stunning final product. Love the channel. Keep up the good work.
Gotta love that Guardians of the Galaxy pressing, but the Adventure Time soundtrack has to be my favourite. I'm really surprised it hasn't sold out yet
I just need to accept that their pressing of Clint Mansell’s the Fountain will never leave my wishlist. Cliff Martinez’ Drive looks beautiful as well. Mondo pressings staying in my wishlist is a whole mood tbh.
Another fantastic video. I enjoy seeing these themed videos of different labels and companies who do vinyl releases. A couple I have known about previously, like Mondo, but others have been my first introduction which is really cool. Kudos to you for the incredible content! I really like the Marvel Daredevil soundtrack they released on Red vinyl. I have been thinking about picking up the Punisher one as well. Mondo has something for everyone’s tastes.
My favorite Mondo pressing, by far, is the Castlevania: Symphony of the Night soundtrack. The pressing sounds absolutely fantastic, and I managed to get the awesome-looking tricolor split.
I missed the Over the Garden Wall repress and I regret it so badly. My favourite Mondo release is their Aliens OST pressing, the colours are beautiful and the score itself is incredible.
I think my favorite Mondo release that I don't own is either Castlevania II or the Death Stranding release (because who else would press music featured in trailers of a game that is so mysterious). I do have to say that my favorite release that I own is Katamari Damacy, but damn do I wish I had the first pressing. The green and purple record looks especially nice.

Great video! Obviously a lot of the marvel soundtracks are great, but the soundtrack to one of my favorite movies Iron Giant had a great metal box pressing along with some figures and posters
My mondo collection keeps on growing, I've got my copies of the last of us and portal for my video game soundtracks. Kubo, adventure time and a quiet place are all in my visual media collection. Can't forget my OTGW "For Sara" tape. Such lovely packages for music that might not be given a chance on wax any other way, so cool.
Thanks for highlighting Mondo and their incredible pressings. My favorite in their catalog is the Jaws release. Also have the recent Halloween release which is amazing!
