That’s good nice welding gloves. And to see you guys wearing boots to protect your feet now some gloves are needed also great job you guys remember a little bit of safety wear will give some kind of protection. Stay strong guys .
Is hardening the square in these factories beyond the financial capabilities of the owner? It's a total mess there, ubiquitous sand, filings, rust and other impurities, and these people mount bearings in these conditions.
Divím se že nemají nikde žádný výkresy že to dělají zpaměti, jak to ? Že při svařování mají jen sluneční brýle že to dělají na nerovné podlaze.Někteří nemají pracovní obuv ale jen pantofle

The monstrous steel beam (the first video) - the tiny overlaps on those joins terrify me. The plates should overlap half the length, to spread the load. They have created several failure points. It isn't much more work to make it right. just more planning. Then add in the complete lack of weld prep, to ensure deep penetration - dirty steel, paint, no edge chamfering.
The only thing that is fantastic is that it is fantastic how this mob can work in such squalor and putrid conditions when it doesn't take much at all to tidy and clean up around you. There's no exceptional skills shown in any other parts of the video.
Hi these poor workers are very capable of anything but they need a better environment to work they welding at times leaves a lot to be questionable but the hand burners give them credit where credits due they are needing a few old furnace blocks and dogs afew dozen steel wedges and decent or at least basic safety gear and more they are defenatly not boilmakers i am retired shipyard Clydeside plater i have seen boilermaker's work they are in a class of there own regards from Scotland ⚒️⚙️🏴🇬🇧
What a horrific place to live and work. Why does the government force people to work in these conditions. WTF is the matter with you all.? Are you all that greedy that you make your friends and loved ones work and live in these horrific conditions. WTF is the matter with you, why are you doing this.
This one makes sense. I wouldn’t trust that rod of steel to stay centered on that pin mt either. Especially after seeing how easily it was upset when they moved it. Cutting a concentric on a lathe isn’t hard, once you get both sides established. Getting it right is math. I’ll say this this is THE ONLY machining channel I’ve seen where the shavings were swept up and saved! Scrap steel is expensive. But check out that machined OD surface on those lock nuts! And nothing but the highest quality bearings rolled in the dirt for this garbage crusher.
Let me guess, that is not paper or garbage. Cigarette buts, litter, metal scraps. All over that clean shop floor. Where everyone wears safety sandals, and are taught to safety blink, for eye protection. What a great work environment.
@@evanpenny348Time is money. Not much profit in sweeping etc. But maybe the conditions make the workers more careful than where everyone is protected against his own careless actions. No fooling about here, get it done, get paid.
