Only five professional players have ever missed the final black on a maximum break attempt. Four players are included in this video. The fifth is Robin Hull. He is actually the only player on the list not to ever have a maximum break. Press F for respect.

According to Wikipedia Un-Nooh missed the final 147 black twice in 2015/16 season. Finally in 2016/17 he made his first 147

Kalkaanuslag exactly, never been done with only the black. That's because the frame is over...you can't play for snookers with only one ball on the table. Nice try though :)

I think thepchaiya is probably the best player of creating 147's opportunities after ronnie o'sullivan,he goes almost every tournement for a maximum,he made already 2 and missed 2 on final black,he is such a natural player,to bad he can not produce his best snooker when it is important that is why he is no top 16

You can make a -4 break. Just slap the white with your hand. You can even give away the whole frame with it if it's a tournament ;)

Unnooh missed coz of the guy potting ball at the last table. The sound of the pot right when he was about to hit made him miss. Since it was a pin drop. He even looked at him straight away.

Because it's the last black! It's already been potted and respotted 15 times!! They practice getting that position on the black because it gives them angle to get on to the next red. Straight enough to be an easy shot, but angle for position.

The lad really butchered that last one. Hit it too hard for one thing. Should have just rolled it in, give the jaw a chance to accept it. I mean it was wide either way but hitting it softer was the way to go.

Because the game wasn't over. If you foul on the last black your opponent gets 7 and then that's the game to you, even if he potted the black and stopped the white with his hand it would've still been a foul. The white has to finish moving for it to be legitimate, plus the black has to go in
