AI stocks will dominate 2024. Why I prefer NVIDIA is that they are better placed to maintain long term growth potential, and provide a platform for other AI companies. I know someone who has made more than 200% from NVIDIA. I'll also take any other recommendations you make.

I'm certain $NVDA is a no-brainer for the next few quarters, but $TSM is a better option too, as is $PLTR, with $AMD also performing well. I keep increasing my shares manageably, l'd add more into giant tech players who are solid in their own hardwares like $META and $GOOG
@andyosman8375

AMD and Intel will definitely have their share of the market. TSMC is at max capacity and investing in other semiconductor companies will be an absolute power move. Different chips are good at different things and Nvidia has been very specialised, which leaves other aspects of Al open.

I bought NVDA shares at $300, $475 cheap and with huge interest I keep adding, i’m currently doings the same for PLTR and AMD constructively. Best possible way to get ahead, is participating behind top experienced performers.

I think you should at least start the process of dollar cost averaging into the market. The right time is always now. Perhaps put the money in the money market to begin then each week, take a set amount and sprinkle it into your allocations. The market will crash, eventually. It always does. But pro tip, people will ALWAYS be talking about the coming crash (: Literally, always. It has been like this for a decade, and many, many people have lost juicy returns by sitting on the sidelines. That said, I say start ASAP and stay consistent.

Just hearing the word NVIDIA makes me sick. I got my hands on 40 shares during the dip in the stock market in 2022 for less than $120 a share. I made over $200 a share when I sold it based off of what was obviously a bad tip. A few weeks later it could have been $300 a share and it’s gotten as high as $800 a share it could have been in profits. 😢 Definitely learned my lesson on selling stocks for a quick profit instead of just holding onto them for the long haul

@BusinessWithBrian
@BusinessWithBrian 3 месяца назад
Great commentary. TSM is a solid choice, but I believe they will be a great buy in about 8-10 months just before they fill capacity in their new fabs. I had a hard time as to whether or not I included Micron in this video, they are poised for some great growth, and I've mentioned them in several other videos. Their relationship with Nvidia will create some serious tail winds in the next 7-9 months. Plus, Micron is building out a lot more capacity for "other" forms of memory that will be in high demand. As for Meta, Amazon, and Google creating their own hardware, I sort of gave some hints about that in the video. Most of them expect to start production in late 2025 and 2026. A lot can happen between now and then. But like you, I'm watching it closely. Great comments. I'd definitely grab a drink with you.

Hi Business With Brain. I am exploring buying semiconductor ETF and have these three under consideration 1.VanEck Semiconductor SMH: tracks a market-cap-weighted index of 25 of the largest US-listed semiconductors companies. 2. iShares Semiconductor SOXX: tracks a modified market-cap-weighted index of 30 US-listed semiconductor companies. 3. SPDR S&P Semiconductor XSD: tracks an equal-weighted index of semiconductor stocks. These ETF have similar holding companies but different weighing. I only want to get one. Some wisdoms there 😊 As with many things in life, spreadsheet in this context has pros & cons, I suppose: Pros: helps me to summarize the key notes and data without having to pause your video to make notes about each stock ticker symbol, P/E ratio, 3 year return etc...Also, up-to-date stock prices are bonus as I have no idea how to do it in excel Cons: For Brian, audience 'might' skip the video a bit to get the main points. I wish I had a crystal ball, but I can't in good faith give any advice on when to buy Nvidia. I just take the stance that whenever it dips with a bit of a correction, I buy more. For me it's all about cost value averaging because I expect to hold it for 10 to 20 years before I cash it out.

Nvidia for sure, every indicatior points out that they will crush the earnings again and keep doing it for at least for the next year. But AMD at 246 P/E... not so sure. As much as I love the company, the valuation needs to become much more realistic, than it would be tempting. Skywater seems like a very interesting speculative bet for smaller sums, thanks for pointing it out.

Love your comment. You are the type of investor I like having drinks with. You're facts are spot on, and everything hinges on speculative insights and consumer actions. All the major companies could easily consume Nvidia's B100's and 200's and completely ignore AMD's attempt to catch up. All great points, and I appreciate your comment. I also appreciate you commenting on the smaller companies that I point out, but they are much riskier, but with strong potential. I only make small bets in that area, and I try to share that point for others to acknowledge. Thanks again for the comment. If you have any feedback or suggestions, I'm always open to hear them.

I sometimes get this comment. Too expensive due to the P/E, or the actual stock price? I understand the concern with P/E, but I believe there is still upside long term. Short term they could move plenty up and down, but I see them as long term growth option. If you are referring to the stock price itself, many exchanges allow you to invest in as little as $1's worth of the stock. No matter how much you invest, if the stock goes up 20%, then your dollar amount also goes up that %. Hope that helps.

As I mentioned, they are a speculative option that may take off. But I'm only investing sparingly. I just wanted to bring them to the surface in case others want to keep them on their watch list.

Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.

People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.

Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

I welcome any opinion. Stocks are going to have ups and downs. And that's why I try to buy them when they are down. As I stated in the video description. But I do want to point out that most all of these stock are up anywhere from 3 to 5% just today. Since you wrote your comment.

I'm a professional daytrader and 1 cardinal rule I have learned,, is to NOT listen to anyone. I read the charts. Charts tell a professional everything. When to get interested and when to walk away. You could find the diamond in the ruff, but unless the market is interested in that stock, you have just parked your money waiting for a catalyst. I don't care what the fundamentals are. If the market volume isn't interested in the stock, it's going nowhere... I stopped watching this vid 1 minute in. Actually I wasn't even listening. Just had the vid rambling on while I typed this. All this crap he said won't make you a daytrader where the real money is... good luck
@BusinessWithBrian

Really, I would have never guessed that you didn't watch my video. But I want this message to go out broadly that I am not a day trader and that is not my way of approaching investing. But then again it only took me 8 years to make my first million. If your day trading does better than that, then good on you. But I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the majority of people don't want to be day Traders, simply because the facts State the day trading is holistically unsuccessful for the majority of people that do it. But once again, good on you if you're able to make your first million faster than I did.
