Mad props to that kid at 8:23 though, thats amazing sportsmanship to not only accept the shot, but also not say a word about any of it allowing for a follow up kill. Cheers to him!
Absolutely. Once i Played a game with a group of people who whenever they got shot from me or a fellow sniper, insthead of going back to respawn they started looking around, and once they found the sniper they made 10 Steps and then they returned in game shooting in your position.
The best players are always the ones who role play the hit like it's real, play the game like it's real combat training, and/or the ones who cooperate with situations like this as to not spoil the fun for the one being sneaky. I'd bet he got a biiiiig grin on his face watching the show hoping Mustang would get the follow-on hits. :-) I like to play D&D with players like that... Chaotic Neutral. Best players ever! ;-)
if his glasses realy broke you did him a favor cause you took them out with a 1 joule pistol before someone could take out his eye with 500 fps sniper rifle
extec101 well if they’re issued by the army they probably aren’t designed to stop bullets ngl, they’re probably designed to allow you to see through dust and act as a wind block
jake muirhead i am sure they use it at most to prevent anything coming back at you when you fire, as example, a steel target, probably less than you would need to resist a direct hit from a bb actually, but still worrying if that’s true.
I once was buried so deep under vegetation, laying still, hardly breathing, a guy walked right up to me without noticing. I tapped on his boot whispering "Declare yourself hit" Probably my best kill ever
@@adog3129 lol, I gotcha bro. I fully understand not trusting anything we see anymore. Mustang just seems beyond legit compared compared to other youtubers....
@@wkslicex2508 still everything after 7:40 seems just hella faked. You clearly can see the weapon and his legs. There is so much difference from the ground to the suit as well
@@trapinreallife1339 You can if you pay attention, in the video it's easy because you know what to look for, the camera films his entire body and you already know what his camo looks like But on the "field" (if I can call it that), with tiredness and with your movement (plus stress maybe) you can't see details like that And generally the biggest it is the less it is seen
@@trapinreallife1339 you say that cause you're watching the video plus you know what to look for. in the field (airsoft i mean) it's pretty hard to spot a ghillie suit if you arent actively looking for something specific.
Now, picture how many times this has happened in real life military training, and action. We don't know about all of them because they were hidden so well. Highly suggest you look into training for gillie snipers if you like watching them in action.
His positions would be very very bad irl A good sniper has multiple positions ready and always stays active between shots fireing maybe one or two before swiftly changing position to control the enemy and thus the engagement The muzzle flash and loud boom of acctual sniper fire are to be counted in aswell
"YOU BROKE MY GLASSES" "If your glasses break from a low powered airsoft gun they probably aren't good" "ThEy aRe MiliTaRy gRaDe" Well chief either your glasses are shit or my gun decided to suddenly become MUCH stronger
It might be true that it is army issue. I mean they only wear glass so dust and sand wont go into their eyes. It is not to meant to block a bullet or bbs.
@@0Heeroyuy01 It's not french (I don't know if a dead player gave away his position, but I'm sure of one thing, it was not in french. I'm french) and it seems it was not the guy at 8:30 anyway
This just tells you how valuable the ghillie suit is in the right conditions. In sniper school In the military You actually make your own ghillie suits depending on your environment
Thats what I wanted to say. I used to love that mission. I remember always playing it and trying to find new secrets or things I can do. I wish I still had the game
Gotta be honest the herb bush had me dying. I was like “he’s in the smallest little tree with a large gun. How is he not gonna get seen?” then nobody notices lol
they dont act. they dont admit at all that they have been shot in the first place and after that, he shoots them again in the balls. so ye, it hurts, no acting
@@eke4146 exactly and how they are often under the fish and you can sometimes see their eyes locked on the prey and all of sudden all you see is sand and the other fish is gone
Cpt. Macmillan: Get down, now! Easy lad... there’s too many of them, let them go. Keep a low profile and hold your fire. Try to anticipate their paths. If you have to maneuver, do it slow and steady, no quick movements
This is what a real game of airsoft is like. It's pretty similar to what it's like out in the middle of a heated zone: no heavy artillery, no mounted guns out of base, and no external ballistics. Both sides are trying to advance on one another and whittle each other down man by man.
@@davidpotts7116 shut the fuck up, these are nothing like real battle, actual battle uses real bullets, which means actual life threat. Veterans themselves dont like mil sim because of people like you.
Hiding in plain sight already feels amazing in video games... imagine how good this feels in real life, having your enemies pass you and not seeing you, having all the power to end their liver right there... okay this got a little bit dark
i don't know if many people really take into account how scary and deadly this is, hiding not even 2 feet away from enemy opposition and they can even see you? If this were real these people would die and no one would know where. its terrifying, gotta give props so well done
Freaked me out too. Imagine if soldiers could look back at moments like that in real combat situations after returning home and realize they almost tripped over an enemy with a gun pointed right at them and only lived because there were too many other soldiers around. Crazy.
I recall a story of a vietnam sniper who was actually pissed on by an unsuspecting soldier in vietnam. You can probably find it on youtube by searching vietnam sniper. They would solo patrol huge areas, and just terrorize the enemy. These days though a helicopter/plane/drone with an IR pod flies overhead and lights you up :) of course who knows what magic tech the us army has now...
@@moonasha Ive watched a video on who you're talking about but I can't remember the name, the names I do remember are The White Feather and The White Ghost or something like that, a poland guy that killed russians
@@quarrelz6905 He was Finnish, during WW2 Russia tried to invade Finland and this only man was a full defense by himself. He managed to kill hundreds of russian soldiers and even tank pilots. He then got hit by an artillery shoot... and survived. Now the younger ones might say he got a good visor, truth is it doesn't exist at that time, he only had a mire. For those who wants to know more, his name is Simo Häyhä, called the white death by Soviet army
Ok, can someone explain. I'm genuinely baffled about number 2. Nobody saw the non ghilied leg and big boot laying on a completely flat path with no vegetation over it?
Timothy Dong have you played the stealth mission “ghost town” from modern warfare? It takes place in Chernobyl and has some iconic dialogue that would fit perfectly with this video.
The Germans shot around corners using a curved barrel during WW2. So I made this quick attach curved barrel for my sniper rifle with a camera on the end and a screen on my scope. We're going snorkeling for kills boyyyyys.
@@seemshype6798 lol those curved barrels were garbage and most of the time resulted in the god damn gun just exploding the only one that worked semi-effectively was the 15° one and it wasn’t very useful
Love these clips. Kinda confused at how the enemy team isn't actively looking for a ghillie player at least were I paly both teams see each other before each round.
I mean the chances of running into him are pretty slim and everywhere is a hiding spot for this guy so you just kinda have to get lucky and catch him moving
Dickwipe saying " people like that are what's wrong with Airsoft " is the worst . It's people like him being salty as heck who are the issue , and cheaters . Goggles break , it happens , buy a new pair . It's not like 30€ is gonna be a lot after you prolly spend several hundreds on your gear and guns ...
No way his glasses are any good. I shot an old ballistic rated pair of glasses with a direct hit of a 5.5mm pellet from a magnum air gun and still wasn’t able to crack it. It took it a FMJ .22lr to do it.
ENES BUDAK For multiple reasons, reassurance since many other teammates would’ve passed through there and were safe so that could lead them to drop their guard. And the camouflage is perfect blends in without him standing out too much. Looks natural.
I love videos like this. When I was younger I was a member of Scouts Canada and every year they held an event called the great escape. It was basically a game of tag that lasted all night where the taggers tried to rack up as many tags as possible, and the runners had to make it to 4 outposts without getting tagged (as well as a hidden outpost worth bonus points). For my last year as a runner I went to BassPro and got a ghillie jacket, mostly because I thought it was cool and that it might help a bit. I ended up separated from my group with one of my buddies and we ended up laying down in order catch our breathe. Somehow a group of about 30 taggers snuck up on us, but didn't realize we were there. We ended up holding our breath for like a minute watching a huge group walk past us from about four feet away. It was super exhilarating and my favourite moment of the night. I'm not sure i the jacket helped at all, but nonetheless it made me and my pal feel like a pair of badasses.
@@nic3634 exactly, someone shoot at him and his glasses shattered. His reaction : "asshole! You broke my glasses" Normal reaction : "wow, glad I had them"
That last guy 😆 "Gonna fill you in cause you shot me!" What a crying baby. I've binged watched so many of your vids over the last few days, I need to get back into Airsoft!!
I loved seeing it compiled like that! heres to the future, ay? :) holy crap that last guy though, so many things about what he said show how lacking in intelligence he is lol
Oh god i cant tell if everyone above me including the poster is dead oh god i want to call someone out for being stupid but i dont want to be called stupid

I made my own ghillie suit this winter, and with a good adaptation with some vegetation It makes you almost invisible. Unfortunately many Players can't stand with it and they start complaining that ghillie suit is unfair. In my opinion the suit has a great potential but you have to be able to use it. Plus you can just shoot one shot per time, so these features make the sniper role pretty hard, It also requires a good amount of experience and a lot of tactical thinking because most of the time you will be working alone and isolated.
number 2 reminds me of call of duty ghost campaign where they fall out the plane into the forest and you have a suppressed pistol and you need to get to the destination.
I absolutely hate campers. They are always on peoples lawn for sale. Some people line them up in campgrounds like trailers in a trailer park. They get musty if you don't open the windows, I soooooo hate them.
