I love your tips Lisa! Please have a video on how to make simple caramel sauce with only a few ingredients. I've tried it a few times. One time it turned out fantastic, the other time it hardened up and didn't want to flow well again. :)

Hi Lisa and Buddy, new sub here and love looking through your videos. I've been looking for and asking a lot of of people cooking on RU-vid for cakes especially my favorite Buttermilk Vanilla Cake and of course many other cake recipes. Savory dishes are other recipes I've been looking and asking for. Only problem then I see why I am not getting any responses are because of the baking pan I what the recipes for. It is the mini rectangular 8 cavity loaf pan by Wilton. Will you please help me I have never used the pan and desire recipes to do so. Thanks a lot. I would love a recipe for crumb cake that is a smaller version that the one in your book Cake Boss.We live in Maine originally from Jersey City and there are no bakeries that sell this delight.
