Great video. Definitely looking to incorporate more of these into my back day. However... I do question the upright rows as I've heard that movement tends to create impingement in the sub-acromial space. I've just never had good luck with any type of upright row. It always results in shoulder pain.
Hi Tracey, this is Coach Tonya. Deadlifts are my favorite compound lift to do and even after 7 years of lifting I never developed a BIG back. What I did gain was a strong back with great lean muscle definition and V-taper to my waist.
Wow I just did a barbell deadlift, and I’m going to feel and it was 50 pounds, I thought first they where like rdl’s but I felt the difference . If you have an Instagram please let me know
