Awesome video! Please weigh in- Brand new A55 or pristine S22ULTRA for just under 200USD more? I don't game and no social media (unless you count YT) But battery life is a big priority for me . I get battery anxiety lol, I'm using an S7 that I got used 2 years ago and the battery is kaka. I get 4 hours on power saving mode.

I'm using an S22 ultra for more than a year now, and I have never faced any issues as much as people complain it to be. I have never faced any lagging issues or heat issues until now. The battery life is decent but not that great other than that the phone is just flawless. Just make sure you get the snapdragon version if you're getting the S22.

You coukd actually find the galaxy s22+ but under $400 around $350 bucks which is now slightly cheaper than the galaxy note 20 ultra or even the galaxy s21 ultra. These are fabolous phones but factoring ebay prices you could actually find the galaxy s22 ultra as low as $440 and the s23 for as low as $435 on ebay if you look harder those could replace the galaxy note 20 ultra and the galaxy s22+ Pixel 7 pro s22 ultra s23 iPhone 13 s21 ultra That could be your list of 5 phones at $400 price range all of them fall in the lower $400 range if your look harder on ebay.

Noo go fot the s23 series, exynos 2200 and 8gen1 are both really bad , watch Geekerwan, 8gen1 is underclocked and performs worse than snapdragon 855 when it comes to consistent performance not just the peek

@zachmasters7397 still bad, snapdragon 888 and 8gen1 are made by Samsung + the optimisation is bad because there's 2 chips and 1 software. At this point better buy a Chinese phone , its cheaper has better optimisation because only snapdragon and battery life is also better because of the optimisation. The exynos/snapdragon phones have soooo glitchy animations. Fr the only ones that perform always smooth like other flagships are the s23 series

The usual limited selection with US phones So many great chinese phones, i had the xiaomi mi9 replaced it with a pixel 6 pro but still used mi9 as my main phone until it was stolen. Face recognition, superior voice activation and better video editing and no over heating. This phone was two years older but way superior.

The s22 ultra ans the s23 you could find for $450-$500, which is in the upper $400 range, but could still be included in this list. I could argue instead of including the note 20 ultra in the list, which is a fabulous phone, but for $400, it's not the best value considering investing $50-$100 gets you the s22 ultra or if your fine with having full spen support but dont care much about air action or having it integrated than I'd argue the s21 ultra is even cheaper and fails more in the lower-upper $300 range and around $400 brand new. When the note 20 ultra become $300 its good to include in the $300 range video $400 is way to expensive and its not budget its getting into upper mid range territory especially for a phone appraoching 4 years old.
