In this video, we visit the BEST BBQ restaurants in Las Vegas to have some delicious brisket, bbq ribs, sausage links, pulled pork and much more! I visited SoulBelly and Rollin Smoke located in Downtown Las Vegas, Big B's BBQ with two location (St.Rose), Jessie Rae's BBQ located close to the strip and the Road Kill Grill located in a small neighborhood in Northwest LV.

I love these videos. The Soul Belly near the Golden knights stadium looks like a winner just because one of my best friends is a big hockey fan and it would be make sense to go there after a game if he came into town to visit and that Texas B Texas BBQ did look the best, though.

Hi Jorge! What a good selection of restaurants to choose from! Thank you so much! My son and I ate at Soul Belly this past Fall when we were in town and I was not impressed. However, the restaurant is beautiful! The food was too expensive. We ordered the three meat combo, mac and cheese and something else. When we received the food it was enough for one, and we had to ask for bread and they were like not happy! LOL! Unlike the locations you have here where there is enough for two in your order for one. Looks like I need to try the Pawn Stars BBQ! CAB 😊

If you go, skip the sliced brisket (it's so dry) and maybe try the chopped. The beef rib was good enough. The burnt ends were smothered in sauce and IMHO not worth $14 for the amount you get.

As always, thanks for the content. Unfortunately my bbq & bourbon foodie tour of Vegas was sub-par and was made up with some bourbon unicorns I stumbled upon. Rollin smoke had some of the driest brisket around and was a huge letdown. Choked on my first bite. Went to Vegas just for all the hype around this joint. Other items were oversauced and overpriced. Not sure what happened over past 10 years but mostly everywhere I went from bbq to burgers didn't season their meat. Sadly my best beef dish was a burger at Johnny Rockets!

I agree these places have some great BBQ. Some of the rollin smoke barbecue locations offer all you can eat for i believe $50 but i don't think rick's location does.

@@Vegas-Must-Try the have brisket, ribs,links, chicken, burnt ends, it's under a section called smoke house They have two pit masters and the bbq sells out by around 7-8pm most days.. they were featured in Vegas news recently.. I have been to most of the bbq joints in Vegas.. and the ribs especially were epic. I couldn't believe how good it was..so I tried all the other bbq spots to compare.

Rollin' Smoke BBQ IS NO LONGER GOOD. THEIR FOOD IS HORRIBLE. READ SOME OF THE REVIEWS. THEY MUST HAVE CHANGED MANAGEMENT OR SOMETHING, BUT DO NOT GO THERE. YOU CAN FIND WAY WAY BETTER BBQ IN VEGAS.
