We will be reviewing the Selkirk Luxx Control Air paddles soon! They are the retail version of the Selkirk Labs 003 paddle with a more stylish cosmetic.
Interested in the Diadem warrior 2. Would that be good for a woman and most importantly, I have tennis elbow plus wrist strain. Would that paddle work?
The Warrior V2 paddle weighs just over 8 oz. So it's in the heavy weight category, however it is very good at absorbing energy and shock/vibration. If you are concerned with the weight potentially being an issue with your wrist, you may want to look for a lighter weight paddle. The Selkirk Vanguard series is a great choice and they are available as lightweight variants. The Selkirk Invikta Vanguard would be the closest comparison to the Warrior V2 in terms of shape. Personally, I'm excited to try out Selkirk's Luxx Control Air paddles which are 20mm, and have a feeling they will be contenders as one of the best control paddles. We are expecting them to arrive hopefully by next week and then we'll make a review video for those as soon as possible. They apparently weigh between 7.7 - 8.1 oz, but I predict that they will feel very maneuverable for their weights based on their design.
The fact that you don't know how to pronounce Joola lets me know that you don't know much about pickleball, let alone paddles. The Model E Elite being thermoformed makes it more powerful and less controllable than the original Model E. The GBX is a joke. The Vanguard series is simply irrelevant in 2023.
