Hello! Question please. Recently unboxed my NS1150E. Attempted a few built in designs. Used pre-w thread bobbins via Amazon & not the free spool that came with machine. Each design was dominated by bobbin thread adjusted tension, rethreaded several times. No change I don't recall the preloaded tension numbers (my fault). Is there a way to factory set machine to numbers prior to me using for the first time? Thank you.
