Could you advise us and create a top 5 for the paid VPNs in 2023/24.. I need to change my provider and there’s so so many, and your excellent Due diligence would be very welcome
he's talking about proton bruh... he said top pick... but the thing is, I've been using proton and just recently the free version doesn't let you choose what server to join.. If I want to be in Japan I have to cycle through a timer that increases for changing my destination. @@blugiampy8647
Depends what ur doing, it's not a true VPN, like other browser vpns they usually still use your ip when your searching and downloading. But if you want to stream it does help get rid of ads and pop ups. I haven't used it in a few years though since buffering of videos was horrible, which was a shame cuz it used to be fine.
Am trying it, thanks to this video. So far it seems really good, and it's free! There appears to be only the 3 regions on the free service (I think the video said there were 5), each with numerous servers. USA, Japan & the Nederlands. 3 regions is enough for me though, I only want a VPN for security.
Im missing on the website where you can check or combine 4g or 5g. Can you share the link please on the exact part of the website where I can find that part?
I used two devices simultaneously the other day without a problem 😮 I used to use the paid version. Now that I'm on the free version I can only pick among three countries. They seem so random. Well, actually they seem like the last three I used when still paying. Is that the case? It's not 5 countries either. Well I guess counting my own it is 4..
Finding a free VPN that works well with Google TV and can connect to China is challenging. Most free VPNs have limited servers and features. For reliable connections to China, consider a paid VPN.
This was such a great video BUT.. I down-loaded Proton on my laptop and am going NUTS! I thought it was simple, seen it on other videos where they use a VPN on Smartphones & go searching right away, but I just get "no results". Am bashing head against the wall here. Spent 2 hrs already. Can anyone help? Is it different for laptops? seems everything now is 'tap tap tap' = I don't have a Smartphone! P.S. As I'm in Canada, we can no longer share news articles on Facebook, so I just want VPN (pretend am in USA?) so I can share articles to my FB group. Why is this so difficult and so complicated? SCREAM!!!
For Proton you press change server. Japan comes first mostly, USA is third. Works fine for me on laptop. Make sure you don't have other vpns downloaded and if you did before, delete then restart and then try Proton. Went through a similar issue but that solved it for me
The best VPN you'l ever get is self hosted. Only if you seek real privacy. If you don't care about it and just want a simple braindead tool to watch geolocked content, go for a company hosted one.
