In today's video we are covering some of the top reasons to live in Summerlin. This is arguably the most popular neighborhood in all of Southern Nevada. Summerlin and Henderson seem to be the two places that everyone finds online when they first begin to research moving to Las Vegas. Many locals consider Summerlin to be the best neighborhood to live in. There are a lot of great things to love about the lifestyle in Summerlin like being close to Red Rock Canyon, close to hiking trails, having over 100 parks available, being a very active neighborhood (walking, jogging, cycling) or just cooling off at Wet n Wild Water Park in Summerlin South. If you're not a big fan of the outdoor life then you can enjoy plenty of entertainment options like Red Rock Hotel & Casino, the movie theaters, eating or shopping in downtown Summerlin, watching the Vegas Golden Knights practice at City National Arena or watch the Aviators play baseball at the Las Vegas Ballpark. Summerlin also has its own farmer's market and during the summer it has movie night outside that many parents enjoy watching with their children.
If you are looking at moving the Summerlin area then you will find condos as well as single family homes available for sale and to rent. Cheaper condos can cost under $200,000 to buy, but nicer ones will have a higher sale price. You can purchase single family homes for a few hundred thousand dollars. Luxury homes for sale in Summerlin can cost over $1,000,000. As you can see, Summerlin has some parts that are more affordable to most individuals and families with kids. However, it also has some very wealthy areas as well. Part of the reason that Summerlin is considered to be such a nice and safe area with people is because it has a higher amount of wealthy people living in it. Whether you plan on renting an apartment or buying a mega mansion, Summerlin has options for you to come and enjoy living in a great neighborhood. Let's do business together!
