I joined Western skies after watching this video.m about 3 weeks ago. Definitely a amazing community, great RP, admin is great! It’s my favorite server so far Dakota river bend to me is the most beginner friendly, they have good controller support, simple easy to use menus, and a very high population to interact with.

As a new RedM player, Western Skies RP has been pretty nice. They are very helpful and staff is pretty chill. The only negative experience I had on the server was that I got banned for five minutes because they thought I was a wizard (modder) but they reinstated it after a few minutes and were very apologetic about it. People in the server are pretty friendly and helpful. It is also dominantly a server with a lot of people from the UK, as it is a UK server, as they use Celsius and Kilograms instead of the systems that us Americans use. Highly recommend checking it out.

Aw 💛 appreciate the shout out! syn is definitely on the casual side (especiallyyyy when compared to Wild) but I've had tons of great character based rp, any rp server is what you bring to it! It's also been whitelisted for a bit now.

It’s so overwhelming finding a “right server” there are so many and all people recommend different servers. It’s difficult to know which got best features and so on… stressfull

Syn County is a streamer server friendly County. If you beef streamer and have one rule break, you're banned. But the streamers can do whatever they want

Dakota River Bend is super friendly, and more casual. That’s not to say it’s only light RP, or that you can’t be a hardcore RPer, it’s just more forgiving than some other places. The mechanics themselves are more casual, giving more room to concentrate on social interactions. The community is amazing.

In my experience with Syn County, they are a lot less roleplay focused. I enjoyed my time there, however me and pretty much everyone I met stopped playing. They just cater more towards being a criminal like Zez said, and in-depth genuine roleplay is less of their style. Me and a buddy were told we couldnt continue using one of our characters because their roleplay was too in-depth more or less.

since rdo is rampant with modders ruining basic gameplay enjoyment, im wondering if redm is worth it for a similar experience. gonna try dakota river bend as it sounds appealing with the way you described it. thanks for the video :D

As a twitch viewer of WildRP, I can confirm the standard of RP is extremely high, with a huge percentage of the Wild population being streamers as well. It's amazing being able to see the same encounter from multiple perspectives. If (for example) a bank robbery is taking place you can normally see it from both a Crim in the bank perspective, and a LEO's who is responding to the robbery - which just adds sooo much excitement and entertainment as a viewer. I honestly have stopped watching TV since discovering WildRP streamers - It's better than most TV shows.

Im located in the EU and the servers seem to be awesome. Would that be a problem to join regarding the latency?

Dakota River Bend is really nice. But during peak times there are a 25 player queue now. It's definitely a great server.

really love wildrp been watching Vertz ever scenes he got on with bazz and McCloud a really great sever with amazing rp'ers even Vertz is a master at it with mostly with wallaby's story so far man at first funny kid just having fun to a man that has been throw some dark stuff as of now can't really saw much don't want to give it away so go watch it your self's on verts gaming and his always live on twitch

Forgotten Trails is one of the top servers on the list and you didn't even mention that one been playing on it for a year and it's been one of the best servers I've ever been on

Great server I joined was DEADWOOD VALLEY RP they have tons of great mods all possible jobs and active helpful staff to help out. Active and growing! Updated regularly! 🤠

I have a question about the whole red dead redemption online modded rp servers Is there any with light horror elements/content? I do love the idea of rping typical cowboy stuff but I also kinda want some of that rare Easter egg side stuff from the base game where you can find creepy serial killer gore art, gangs with disturbing scenes at their camp and maybe even light supernatural elements like the swamp ghost girl or the whispering woods or ghost train or the spooky pentagram under the house in butchers creek

You should have a look in to YellaBelly rp. Great servers lot of opportunities great player base and staff.

I think what the he failed to realize is that the servers he provides. Are some of the more popular servers based upon player count. And generally all of these servers with higher player counts. Usually take the back seat and it draws in the casual RPers. For example most of these servers he lists except Wild RP. Are all Semi-Serious in nature in regards to their RP. And some of them are worse they feel like Read Dead Online but with no KOS rules is all. If you care about serious RP I'd look elsewhere to some of the starting servers. Also pro tip any server that offers any Pay to Win mechanic is garbage and should be avoided. There was a server named Yellowstone RP where this happened. The owner had is own in game currency where you can buy these coins with real life money. Also another pro tip, if the server is not a good one. Is to analyze the dialogue between your conversations and others. If they use verbage or lingo from our time and they are always OOC. Do not waste your time and leave. Its better to join a server with 30-40 people in it then a full one. Especially if the RP is awesome!

When it comes to RP it's self wild takes #1. Ranch has gone soft whitelisted, peak hours the queue can be awhile.

I visited Syn yesterday. I enjoyed a couple dozen people standing around doing nothing. It was unusual.

It’s sad that there are barely any servers in red m but if there is a populated server it is 18+ I’m only 15 unfortunately so I can’t even play in one of these counties or cities what ever u call em. Use to five m :/

all of these servers are Very strict and non-beginner friendly, so i wouldnt call any of them "casual" i got denied from most of them just because i dont know what something means and im not allowed to ask

Syn County sucks if you don't want to be an outlaw. They also don't allow a lot of character builds. You also get experienced players preying on new players. The moderators are unwilling to do their job, insisting hilarious things like not being able to see if you are in a safe zone unless you submit a screen cap video.

As a point of constructive criticism I think you would greatly benefit from slowing your pace of speaking and maybe talk in more of an average range of pitch as well. Hope this feedback helps.

Good video. One thing you forgot to mention on all of them is what is actually required to play on their server. Like GoldRush you need TeamSpeak to be able to play on it. You also said something that there isn't any issues on GoldRush, but you do "complain" about a lot of the bad things on the server, like the horse management, which I've seen in your streaming is a real big pain to have to deal with. You didn't mention Yellowstone RP. I played on there for a few months and they had some really good rp happening. They have a -huge- population and there is always a queue to get into it at all times of day. Looks like they currently have only 160 slots for players. They use to have over 200. Been gone a long time, so know sure what has happened on there. But they have a great community and they have a lot of options for jobs. I tried to become a bounty hunter and it isn't so cut and dry for this job. You have to try and find someone on the server that is a bounty hunter and ask them on how to become one. Again, not an easy task. I followed all the "leads" I was given in game and just could not find one. Then I just happen to be hunting buffalo up around the Emerald Ranch (there is a house WNW of the ranch, around the "A" from New Hanover on the map) and I saw a person riding along with someone tied up on the back of the horse. I thought the non-tied up person was a bounty hunter, so I asked. Turns out the person was just a horse trainer and they were training the horse they were riding. I kept hunting in that location and eventually I was approached by the owner of the house not to kill the "cow" that appeared outside their house as it was "their" cow. I said I wouldn't and we got to talking with this person, who was the "son" of the horse rider (horse trainer) the previous day. We got to talking and he is the son of the head of the bounty hunter guild and he was also a part of it, but the side job of border patrol (at the time, they didn't have any kind of major bridge across the river, just ferries and they were just starting to add Mexico stuff). The wife said her husband was out of county and she would give him my telegram. She also gave me some information on what horse I should get that would help in that profession and she also gave me insight on getting a ranch hand job at the Caliga Hall ranch. I worked down there for a little bit and finally got a telegram from the husband. I replied back and I never got a telegram back from him. I had been telegramming the wife about getting a horse trained and never got an email back from her either. I tried "camping" up at their house for a while, but saw no one. The owner for the Caliga ranch had not heard from the wife in some time. I eventually "broke" rp and texted someone that was listed as a bounty hunter on the discord channel and they had not heard from the head of the bounty hunter guild in some time. So, I eventually just gave up and stopped playing for that and that the wait list for getting into the server was just too long for my short time I had to play.

I played syn county for awhile and I mean awhile, it was a good server for awhile but the owner and the moderator are the most corrupt I've seen in any of other server, the staff constantly abuse their power while the owner just lets it happens, if you're not friends with any of the staff, and you either kill them or rob them, they will retaliate with either a ban or some sort of punishment. Everyone else is pretty cool and the rp can be good but the staff are the major downside. 3/10

Are any of these servers underage friendly. Im 14 and majority of servers i found are 18+, usually i would lie but i came to realise that people might hear me and recognise me as underage.
