I purchased that Ryobi and it has already quit working. It only has 19 hours of use and stays in the garage when not in use. Good luck finding a service center anywhere nearby. DO NOT PURCHASE.
They need to build smaller riding mowers for elderly. I'm 65 and had cancer and hysterectomy. Been only 4 weeks but I have to mow. Can't afford to pay anyone.
I have owned my TB30 for three years and am finally shopping around to replace it. This TB30 has to go because the steering is very difficult to manage unless you are very strong or going in a straight line. This is NOT intended for yatds with tight turns and restricted spaces!! This mower is NOT FOR people with arthritis in their hands, either. Many many times the steering has locked up while I've tried to make a tight cornering manwuver. The lockups forced me to stop the mower, change to reverse gear, and then slowly back out of the janmed steering situation. NOT FOR the squeamish, or the physically weak, or anyone with arthritis.
Bought a 22 hp Husqvarna with briggs & stratton engine. 240 hrs and needs cam and starter replaced, carb floods into engine oil. I won't buy one again!
if it will mow up to 2 acres it will mow 3-4-5 acres even 20 and if it won't don't buy it cause that means it's garbage. I have mowed 3 acres with a 12-inch walk-behind back in the day sure it would have been nice if I would have had a riding lawn mower but it mowed it without any trouble :)
all mowers can mow lots of acres but you're going to wear them out faster. you'd need ideally a entry level commercial mower for anything 3 acres + I'd say and want it to last.
@@bradmason8334 definitely a riding mower. I got 1.25 acres and use a Husqvarna tractor. I'd recommend checking local small engine shops they'll usually have used mowers for sale and will service them when things break. Much better than the big box stores. Zero turns are fine too depending on your yard if it's flat or sloped etc
@@ChosenOneDan. I have a craftsman YT 3000 Husqvarna built.. bought it from sears in 2013 still looks and runs like new…..would not get rid of it for the world.
@@rogerthat.9105 sounds epic my husky yth18k46 is being serviced by my local small engine shop seasonal maintenance and a spindle replaced. It's a 2014 I got from them for $1000
Don’t ever buy a husqvarna Even under warranty they will not help Same with Kawasaki I own a new piece of shit and they don’t care Please don’t buy a husqvarna Just saying Mine is a 48 zero turn Worst purchase of my life
To start The motor started smoking the second season Only on start up After multiple hours of being on the phone finally got a shop to check it out under warranty Kawasaki asked for pictures They saw an after market air filter in it and voided my warranty At least I changed it multiple times Second major problem The deck belt spring hits the belt causing pre mature failure Third big problem The blades are just lower than the deck When bagging debris flies under the chute and makes a mess Can only bag in the same direction
Really disappointing you never see a Simplicity Ridding mower and/or the Simplicity ridding compact tractor mower with the tractor accessories? I own a older Simplicity 18 horse mower that’s been used and abused cutting 4 acres with blackberry bushes higher than me sitting on my mower and I plow into stickers and back up and hit the stickers again. It’s been treated like a brush hog and amazingly it’s taken all this abuse and keeps going! I don’t call it Simplicity , I call it my WORK HORSE! Certainly the very best ridding mower I have ever had, owned, and ever used! I can tell you for a fact from experiences, that Simplicity runs circles around any Craftsman mower on the market and then lots more! You rarely see a used Simplicity for sale. People that have Simplicity keep them for decades and keep using them year after year without many problems as a rule!
WTF! making it easier to see pet's and children....... it's a riding mower if someone can't see pet's or children on any kind of riding mower then they probably shouldn't be on it in the first place
@@MajorGRecording the key is getting your mowers from a dealer and not a big box store. I own a husky 46 inch tractor with a kawasaki and haven't had any issues with it yet. but when and if I do the dealer services huskys and offers seasonal maintenance
