In the current economic climate IT companies wouldn’t open new office spaces even if the govt gives away land for free, RRR is mainly for diverting truck traffic away from the city and the land prices near the junctions are already overinflated . The smartest strategy would be to buy (affordable)land parcels near proposed metro stations by the old BRS government and wait for 6 years

Any sudden raise of price is Suspicious, Hyderabad is one such example, so don't invest because of marketing gimmicks. Observe the current price vs prev 3 year vs estimate price in next 5 year, then make a right decision.

I do not understand ever why we tend stay/invest to closer to polluted areas. We go and build houses there and then ask companies to relocate. By the time ground water will be polluted. One can see this in Patancheru, Miyapur, Bachupally. Even people in Nallagandla complain. Stay away from Mumbai highway

It is for pollution reason only that I never looked at Patancheru belt as an investment option. But people don't seem to care about pollution and have settled in massive numbers in that area.

Saurabbhai: Ur one of the very best RE experts here on utube, and even otherwise in real life I wud infer. Let's face one of the bitter truths of RE. Most people, politicians are least concerned abt nature and preserving to keep the balance btwn concrete growth and mother nature. NGT people hv tough work to deal with many monsters who wud do anything for greed. Revantgaru has really been great in his talk. He sounds sincere, so unlike a congress leader. Am certain, RE has got grt future in telengana, just as you too pointed out so very well. The positive people in RE know damn well, how big r the opportunities in this field here in Telengana. The cynics vl always remain cynics, not destined perhaps to make money/profit out of it. Ty for all ur vids! Some day hope to meet you. :)

From Moinabad to Airport.. in between is *Mallapur* very near to (Thimmapur Railway station) is a great advantage, from *Mallapur* more road connectivities and parallel road to Bengaluru high way, *Mallapur* is very near to Airport, just 15 kms. *Mallapur* is very near to Thimmapur Railway terminal, just 2 kms. *Mallapur* very near to Shanti vanam, World's biggest meditation centre and Garden, just 1 km. *Mallapur* very near to Bangalore highway, just 4 kms from Highway. Right now in *Mallapur* , many British Styled Villas are under construction. *Mallapur* going to be New posh Icons area and Unique area, Full of Greenery and with more transportation services and with more road connectivities. At *Mallapur* already many software engineers, NRIs purchasing plots. From AramGarh, it is just 26 km and only 10 kms to ORR. *And what else we need..* Currently at *Mallapur* rate is 30,000 per square yard. From Mallapur to Shadnagar, it is 35 kms.. Just analyse.. if plots purchased at Mallapur, we are 35 kms in front to Shadnagar.
