In case anyone wanted to know my question: 1. Why do you want to work at coles and what is your preferred department 2. How do you ensure the safety of yourself and others around you? 3. What hours can you work each week and what do you do in your spare time 4. Name a time when you have provided exceptional customer service
Never thought of putting too much work into by bullshitass minimum wage part time retail job that I do on the side but I also didn't expect such a well-thought out, well presented guide on how to nail coles interviews of all things. Great video man keep it up.
I can't help but agree with you! Interviews are really quite silly sometimes but it's what you got to do to get the job. If you are super well prepared and give impressive answers your obviously much more likely to get the job. Good luck for your interview!
Hii.. I got this message from Coles after week of video interview. Anyone got the same? Thanks for taking the time to complete your Video Interview for the Coles Supermarket Team Member Next Steps We have booked some time with the Store Manager for them to review your video interview over the next couple of days. Once this is completed we will be in touch with an update on the progress of your application. Thank you for your interest in a career with Coles Supermarkets. Thanks Coles Talent Acquisition Team
What if you have actual family commitments you have to fulfil and can't work a particular night? By not indicating in the interview , you may be scheduled for that time, So you either can't fulfil the other commitment or you tell them you can't do that night and blow the interview. So much for work-life balance.
This was very helpful, thank you for uploading! I did the video interview and my questions were: 1. Why do you want to work at Coles, and which department do you think is your favourite? 2. Explain one time that you provided exceptional customer service. 3. How do you ensure the safety of your co-workers and customers? 4. When can you work, and what are your hobbies outside of work?
heyy they sent me the email to do the interview but im soooo confused because they didnt give me a link. they just said to login to coles careers and do it but i dont knwo exactly where to go?!?
Hi guys, I have a video interview that I have to do, but its sort of stressing me out. This is my first job interview ever. How can I relax and be properly prepared but not too stressed and still look calm and collected on the screen?
Hey, Abbey, before I got my first ever job, I went on about 50 interviews you stop stressing and start understanding what people are looking for with videos like this one it will help so much. I hope they all go well and you get a job soon.
i just had mine, i stumbled on the saftey question but nailed the customer service one, mum came in on the safety one. im not confident. i also cracked my knuckle and i was nervous ffs
Hey, did you hear back from them? What was the process after the video interview? Was there any other in personal interview or did you get the job straightaway after your video interview? Thanks
@@rubabtalha2618 after the video interview, I got a reply from them (it took about 2 weeks). I was asked to provide my working rights proofs. After that it took about another week to get a reply from them. This was pretty much it. The process moved on from there. There were no additional interviews etc.
@@tylerjanewarwick2885 i had a video interview last week, but i still didn’t get any response from them. Did they email you about this or how do you know?
only four questions. 1. Why do you want to work at Coles and what is your preferred department 2. Name a time when you have provided exceptional customer service 3.How do you ensure the safety of yourself and others around you? 4. What hours can you work each week and what do you do in your spare time
