@@RobotixwithSina Lmao)) now i'm learning web now lol. Robotics is way harder than i though, but that's not a reason why i took a break, i was planning to go to Paris this summer to university, but becouse of covid in this summer school can't take me this year, so i decited to learn web about a year becouse of money issue and then continue with robotic all in, and part time work as a web developer, also i was struggling with some family issue, so i left home for becouse my family dissapointed with my desicion to change my carrer path) my parents is a traditional asian family with hard mental blocks)
@@rtnjo6936 : Watch my very recent video: "How to Start with Robotics? for absolute beginners". I tried to break it down to simple and easy to follow steps with all details and resources you will need
I'm in grade 10. In Africa we don't really have coding or programming curriculum in our schools. We have but not much. And I want to be a computer/robotics/mechatronics engineer. I'm good in maths, physics, further mathematics but don't really know how to code or program. Is this a bad way to start robotics engineers in universities, even if I'm in high school. Wish I could get a nice, free and reliable coding website in c or c++. Pls I will really appreciate if you answer my questions 😃
Im 14 am in Nigeria in Africa. We don't really have robotics as a course or even Mechatronics in my country. I don't even have Access to robotics kits. But I have a dream to become a robotic engineer in America
The courses I talked about in this video are the must-take courses. However, AI & machine learning are great courses to take if you want to become a Robotics Software Engineer
In general, AI is machine learning and deep learning(based on neural networks). AI is not correct word, i think. But you must know that "AI is initially machine learning from their own experience"
Hello! Thanks for all of the course recommendations, I had a quick question on advice for the major. I can take all of these five courses as either a mechanical or computer engineering major and was wondering which of the two would be better for this field. In mechanical engineering my other courses would be mainly on thermofluids, heat transfer, mechanics of materials, material science, manufacturing & design whereas in computer engineering I’d take classes on signals/systems, circuit analysis, embedded systems and microcontrollers and a bunch of CS classes, many on artificial intelligence. Which one of these would you recommend and as a computer engineering major would I be able to get the hardware robotics jobs as well?
Amazing content thanks a lot!! I am working in Finance and I would like to start learning about robotics. I am not really looking to get a job in robotics but more to better understand the back-end of new technologies (like self-driving cars). How can I learn all of this without going back to college? College is really good for people like me that don't know what they should learn and where to start and how to learn, but stil I think it's a stretch to go to college for a degree while I really don't want to use that degree to switch jobs, I am doing it for myself.
I love robotics and I've always had a passion for it. I am in Highschool (despite my name) and I am wondering if there is anything I can do at this age that will help me get an early start? I wish to become one of the greatest so that I can fulfill my life long dream.
Hi, Do you know any programming language? if not, maybe you can start learning python. you can also buy a DIY robot kit and start learning how to build and program robots
you make very interesting content and I haven’t made it to college yet I’m still in high school but I’m about to be a certified machinist and hopefully soon I’ll have the money to take all these courses and be a robotics engineer😌🤖
I'm 18 and I just graduated but I just started to thinking of what career I wanna do and i have 0 idea about robots but im really interested. Should I go for it?
I dont know anything about programing but want to learn about robotics because I work at Subaru automotive and want to be a robot tech where they work on the robots they pay for schooling but how can I get a slight edge where do I start and is it too late im 23 right now so I know I'll take it very serious.
Thank you for your comment. It's not late at all. Watch this video (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-J0ssFp7yN8Y.html) and follow the 3 steps to get started with Robotics. Contact me if you have any questions or if you need a mentor.
Dhanashri, Watch "How to Start with Robotics" video, follow the 3 steps I laid out there, then pick one area in Robotics and learn some advanced concepts.
Electronics is very important too, you need to know how to design circuits that interface sensors with microcontrollers, and motors, and how to drive motors and communicate with the user and power the robot.
Hello, I am in Year 9 (GCSE UK) I have taken for my Options: ICT Art Design and technology But the school I go to, although has 3D printing technology, does not have much option for robotics, what would you recommend I start to learn now as a very tech savvy teenager who picks things up fairly quickly.
Hi EthananBros, It's great to see your interest in Robotics. I'd say take any computer programming course that your school may offer. You also need to become really good at math specially algebra and matrices.
Hi Ethan, my son is exactly in this situation.. wud u pls share what other subjects u took along with the above mentioned ICT, Art.. ur reply wud really help my son to choose his subjects in year 10 onwards
Hello iam from india and i loved your video so, as i live in india we have no good college who posses with a great discipline for mechatronics so i just want to ask you that can i do ece /cse as my bachelor's and can i pursue my ms specialisation in mechatronics, is it good or should i take mechatronics in my bachelor's please reply🙌💫
Well, CS/CE is a great major to select to become a robotics engineer, you just have to gain/take the right skills/courses. Stay tuned as I'm working on a video on how to become a Robotics Software Engineer.
I want to be a robotic engineer and wants to innovate useful things. But I cant practice because I cant afford required hardwares which are too expensive to me. Is there a way for me to become a robotic engineer even if I only know sofware programming like Python and C++?
I am an BE Mechatronics engineering student second year in thiagarajar engineering college in Madurai Tamilnadu south india I want to become robotics engineer after two year I want to join in robotics company in foreign like abb, kuka, boston freelance, omotto, amozan,hi tech companies as fresher what skills I need to improve and you can help to guide me and join in your company
You can do either one and still become a robotics Engineer. Please watch this video for more info: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KAfJ_-2_E1s.html
I'm in my last year of Mechanical Engineering Undergraduate degree. I am interested in the field of robotics. What advice do you have for my Master's degree?
Thank you for your question William, my advise is to join a robotics research group and take all the courses I mentioned in this video. You need hands-on experience in Robotics, from design to prototyping to control and programming.
I Love Robotics Does edX have really great courses on robotics that could eventually enable me to build humanoid robots like Sophia, Atlas, or Kengoro (Robot in Japan that does push-ups), or would Coursera be better for Robotics?
Ok, mechatronics sounds scary as heck. .. I'm just 14, already 2 years, never had friends so last 2 years trying to learn stuff. Tried to get into programming (tried python, nah),then got into c++,i really liked it,then tried to get into some kind of data science??But.. statistics and stuff..nah.Understood that I'm truly interested in those stuff like Robotics, and will spend my time learning this.(i slept for 3 damn hours whole year to learn, and it was my decision, lol, nobody forces me,and uh, nobody cares) So..Thank you, really, thank you so much for helping me out.I didn't know what to learn, got into damn everything - Natural Language Processing,Deep Learning, Neural Networks,Computer Vision,Speech Recognition, even 'Machine Learning'(spoiler,it doesn't learn)damn..I didn't know what to learn, and now i do directly.Thank you.
Respected sir My son is studying in second year Diploma in Robotics and Mechatronics and this is three year diploma course and after that what should be done, should we go for B.Tech in Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering or for Robotics Engineering. We are looking for your helpful reply
a biomedical engineer can definitely become a robotic engineer, in fact, surgical robotics engineers are in high demand these days, check out intuitive surgical, verb surgical, stryker mako, Medtronic mazor, and many more companies that are hiring in this space. Surgical robotics is growing very fast. Robots are already in hospitals. Check out my "surgical robotics" playlist. again, your best bet will be to pursue surgical robotics where your background in biomedical engineering will give you a competitive benefit.
I am 15 I know ardunio and python (AI) I made many robot from ardunio for school but I want to make history in robotics which can't be made by another I hope this dream will true I from India I actually know not detailed CV ,nlp,
CS does have advantages, firs, there is a shortage Robotics Software Engineers, second, most of the challenges in Robotics are around algorithms. Are you a CS student?
Hie Badr. Yes, you can become a Robotics Software Engineer. Stay tuned as I'm creating a video on how to become a Robotics Software Engineer. It will be published soon
After reading your WhoAmI, humbled. Thanks so much for the content and sharing everything with us in RU-vid Land. This is a path I'm moving down, after 25 years of Corp IT. Having a great time and really enjoying the adventure! THANKS!
@@RobotixwithSina Thank You! I’ve mentored many interns and young ones in the industry over the years and believe in this method above most. You are a gentleman and a scholar sir ;-). Will definitely do so.
Hey I needed help so I'm a 16 y/o robotics aspirant and I have already done many of the courses as you mentioned I've completed C++, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc and I have pretty good basic understanding of robotics and I wish to pursue exoskeleton... So which university courses will be the best for me...
Carnegie Mellon University is by far the best place to go for this kind of thing. It truly is leading the industry in robotics innovation. It ranks even above MIT
@@jjimmy3171 Hey man thanks for the suggestion but CMU is kinda expensive like I'm from India so the fees of the university is quite expensive. If you could suggest some scholarship exams for CMU that'll be truly helpful. Thanks for the suggestion tho.
You will learn basics of ML usually in a computer vision course. ML & AI are nice to know, not "Must" for robotics, however, if you want to specialize in AI, you need to learn Algebra, ML, Python, AI, & ...
I'm currently studying bsc computer science and I want to get into robotics engineering. My college has a masters in robotics for computer science, but the courses are programming related and not engineering. Is it still possible for me to get into robotics engineering after a few years of experience in the field of robotics?
A robotics software engineer. I did some research after asking this question and figured out the path I wanted to follow. Thank you for still replying to my comment. I appreciate it.
I am about to start my first year of college what advice do you have on majors I should choose and classes I should take. And can you tell me how long it will all take.
Thank you for your comment. Please check out my "How to Become a Robotics Engineer" Playlist. there is a video on what majors you can pick to become a robotics engineer. in a nut shell. it really depends on your interest. If you are interested in Robotics and Computer Science, I would strongly recommend computer science or computer engineering. the future for robotics engineers with focus in CS is very bright. In terms of courses, take the courses I mentioned above and the following: motion planning, Image processing, AI, and Data science
@@RobotixwithSina thank you for the quick response I am new to all this college and major stuff. I picked computer science as my major does that mean the classes are in that major or do I have to major in them as well.
@@momar9925 : your department should offer all of theses classes except for maybe control and robotics that you can either audit, take them online, or take them as elective from other departments. It's actually very good that you have started planning for it now. Keep up the great interest
Sir you can help me to join in your hi tech company as beginner salary is not my think I want to become robotics engineer and start up new own robotics company in my country
You will usually learn ML in a computer vision/robot vision course. However, if you want to specialize in AI, then you need to learn ML, AI, deep learning, Algebra, Python, and ... Basically, the skill sets needed for AI is a little different.
I have completed mechatronics engineering. Iam now working in a private limited company. I don't have much contact with this field personalities. What suggestions do you have for me..?Pls mention some of the best colleges in the EU(European Union) or in the United States which can help me in achieving my dream .Thanks in advance
Hi Rosy, Please watch the videos I have added to this play list: ru-vid.com/group/PLZDZKFYlkZkFMgorO2lZ9aMP7SHOCs4bw Carnegie Mellon University offers probably the best undergraduate program in Robotics: check out their website here: www.ri.cmu.edu/education/academic-programs/undergraduate-options/ in summary: You may want to major in mechanical Eng, Electrical Eng, or computer Eng. I would recommend to become a member of your school robotics team and participate in Robotics Competitions.
Yash, Thank you for your comment. Electronics, Yes, but you have to take right courses to gain the needed skills. if you are a beginner, watch this video and let me know if you still have questions. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-J0ssFp7yN8Y.html

Can I be a robotic engineer by doing the courses of C.Se,E.E.E and robotics Engineering from the K.T.I University, Sweden. Iam from Bangladesh. Please replie dear SIR
no it's not. C++ is must, python is a should. I'm posting a video this Friday on this topic. so please subscribe and stay tuned for details on what programming language to learn. meanwhile you can watch this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1FIKlVh5q04.html
I just passed my std 10th .I love robotics so much . So which courses to do is the question before me. I request you to suggest some courses before and after mechatronics. I am learning c programming and will also do c plus plus so after it which language should i learn python or java?
Great. Python is definitely a better programming language than Java when it comes to Robotics. However, you should also learn algorithms, data structure if you are interested in computer science aspects of Robotics
I have been thinking about being a robotic engineer and I'm 10 but in my school there aren't any of these courses to can I try to see some videos on how to make robots for starters?
Dniex, These courses are offered in college and/or graduate school. and to be honest, it will be too early for you to learn any of theses except for mechatronics. I'd recommend you start with buying an Arduino board kit and start learning C and Arduino to do simple stuff, then you can buy an Arduino robot and start programming it. Check out their website for the board and some tutorials: store.arduino.cc/usa/ Do you live in the United States?
