ELDO is one of my favorite houses because of its unique style, quirkiness, and poetry. I absolutely love Hermann, Remarkable People, Fils de Dieu, and I Am Trash. Etienne is a storyteller both in words and in fragrances. Perfume is dead, long live perfume! Thanks for this, Sebastian!

I recently received my ELDO 20 piece sample box, which at 40$ for 40ml is finely presented with display box and brochure. I picked out my top 5 before I saw this video and matched Sebastians pick perfectly. There was not one bad fragrance in there, and the names and stories behind the names and creations are very interesting. My fragrance journey seriously began in 2018 when I saw Sebastian rate Virgin Island Water as a "vacation in a bottle." I couldn't believe how naturally beautiful a scent could be and it led to a large collection of wide ranging, beautiful scents. Thanks Sebastian🙏👍
So nice to meet Étienne. This is the first time I hear him. The story behind these perfumes are so interesting. I like the philosophy of this brand. My favourite one is You or someone like you. I also really enjoyed Yes I do when I tried it.

I do have one Etat Libre d’Orange fragrance in my collection.When i was young, my grandma was growing pumpkins, and i’m so used to pumpkin pies , cakes , soups , cheesecakes and so on.I was looking for fragrances with pumpkin accord and then blind-bought Tilda Swinton Like This , and i love it .

Just got the samples and I love Les fleurs du déchets and Hermann à mes côtés me paraissait une ombre . Now to pick one mais je ne peux pas . I'm happy to have found État libre d'orange .
I do own fat electrician and it is indeed a great vetiver scent,very different vetiver.Sampled almost everything they have.Your nr 1. is a fantastic mint scent.Definitely on my hit list.Uplifting.A very interesting interview indeed...
Great video Sebastian. I'm actually surprised "Rien Intense Incense" didn't make the top 5 cut since I see it a lot on your & Dalya's videos. Currently I own "You or Someone Like You" and "Remarkable People."
Une amourette is their greatest fragrance in years Fat electrician smells sensual and sweet Rien intense encens is better than the original La fin du monde is addictive But sometimes they sell their soul to the market and they come out with uninspiring fragrances like True lust , Herman à mes cotes etc
unfortunately, these fragrances are VERY hard to find in Germany. It's very hard to interview French people and it was challenging to understand Etienne but I know that there are some legendary and hit ones in there line so I'd love to test this line. Apparently for that I'd need to visit Paris;)
