I remember when I was 15 I use to touch the rim with my wrists but then when I was 16 I hurt my back:( it wasn’t until when I was 19 that I felt the back pain go away and now that I am 20 I can finally exercise like normal. I can barley touch rim now but hopefully this increases my vert. I’ll be back with an update in 2 weeks :)

@MINATO I gotchu , so look I was lifting weights to help with my vertical but I stopped around early May due to Final exams. Due to the fact that I was working out a lot my muscles got really tight and tense and they weren’t really flexible( made it harder to use my form) Exams + tooth surgery (April 19) meant I couldn’t jump for a week or two and lifting just made my teeth hurt . So around mid may with weeks of no exercise, I told my brother I was going to touch rim but I also said I was rusty just in case and literally on my first jump I touched the rim as in the middle of my finger pushed the rim upward a lil bit. Only bad news is that A storm sent my flying to the floor so now the rim is bent. But I just order a new one 2 days ago so I should be getting back into it😭

@@dawavyboi2617 bruh i’m injury prone af got covid in the summer n catching my breath got worse so i had to recondition and before that i hyperextended my knee wish i could’ve kept up with this my bad luck is forcing me back into retire if u keep up with you’ll probably see results tho so good luck

These are just exercises. Not a full workout. You can add these to your training and do it 3x a week.
