I walked by you years ago on E 14th and said "Hey Al". You turned around and said "Hey, hey, hey!" and we took a photo together. Great memories of the pre corona world and the wonderful people I've crossed paths with. I still use you techniques regularly.
Sometimes I wonder if Al is always smiling so nicely and genuinely just to make fun of his audience in advance who will attempt to mimic and try all hard exercises and will land on their butt or face just for trying them out :D just kidding. Really appreciate all content and tips and videos. Last time I didn't got the chance to attend the PCC seminar in Amsterdam as I was still in Indonesia, but I hope once covid ends as well as travel bans, that you and Danny come to Netherlands again and I will definitely be there to attend
Hey Al I need your help here. I've been using you and Paul Wade's book convict conditioning 2 years . What I need your help with is why do people say point your toes during leg lifts? I find it more effective to keep your feet locked in a ninety degree. What're you're insights on it? Thanks Al
