@@audiolego Yes- Classroom management will forever be in the top TWO most difficult aspects of teaching. There are so many books, videos, podcasts, that try to address this issue, but I think the right strategy will always be based on the specific teacher, in a particular classroom, with a given set of kids. There is no one-size-fits-all and I get annoyed with education leaders who try to make it that way. But I’m really glad you’re here! I hope the rest of the school year goes well for you and the kids are enjoying your personality and teaching style.
@@MissFit2Teach but I want to do it more like a motivational speaker style. That's my energy with maybe a little Ryan Gossling touch lol. I did find my career late. 20 years in job placement career placement and now I get to teach it. And that is a different story. I can get you hired but to explain or teach it, I get stifled or stuck. It's tough. Yes, there are times I have to take Ashwaganda I get so nervous.
