My personal favourite is the 'coffee borgia' - one half strong italian roast, one half hot cocoa (made by dissolving a generous amount of semi-sweet chocolate in hot milk) about an ounce of orange liquor (cointreau or grand marnier with red band) whipped cream, with a bit of fresh orange peel grated on top. lots of flavour and not too sweet
