I agree not to disclose salary information at preliminary interview. Have an experience when I submitted my resume thru a headhunter website, and one question is about current salary range. Can,t skip that mandatory question, no zero or small or text option. Also experience the same for expected salary box when I apply in one company website.
I have a job but when I watch this I feel very bad of how I answer questions Can't believe I took note of everything Thanks so much for this free education

If you possess a skill which is not very related to the job role but it's kind of your USP and you've an idea that this skill when added makes you more standout and buyable as a whole.. So while answering why should we hire you Whether one should invest time in explaining how this skill can be useful in future aspects or should avoid and stick to the points of JD so interviewer doesn't think that I'm trying to deviate a bit and prefer to be more concise and to the point. What would be a better call in such situation?

8:00 completely agree. Forgot whether you're lazy or don't have time. Sometimes the person who is assigned to take interview would not be available. It happened when I interviewed for the first time. Friday evening 5PM- I was ready to leave for the day, then my manager asked if I can take interview and I couldn't say no. It had happened couple of times with me.
