These sound like great tips! I saw a TED talk on body language recently that explained just how much your posture affects your confidence during interviews and other stressful situations. By assuming a more "confident" posture (e.g. sitting straight), you increase your actual confidence level. Faking it until you make it actually does work. It is the TED talk by Amy Cuddy.
